Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception. They kindly provided us a take-away breakfast due to early departure and pre-ordered a taxi to airport. The apartment was new, spacious and clean. Good breakfast meals and coffee at the bistro (but very slow service). Excellent location!

The air-conditioning in the room was not working and the rooms were hot. The note on the air-conditioning machine implicated that there was not even an intention to fix it. We had to keep balcony doors open over night and there was a lot of noise from the street. The service at breakfast bistro was really slow.

The location was great. Building with apartments was nice, full of flats but very quiet. Check-in was easy. The breakfast a la carte was very nice, massive portions and good taste.

When we entered the apartment, you could smell very strong parfume/fragrance, covering smell of burn coming from microwave. We didn’t complain as our son didn’t react to it anyhow, and it was gone the next day after keeping windows slightly open, but for sensitive people it could be bad experience straight after entering. I feel like housekeeping shouldn’t mark the room as clean and available for check in. Staff in the restaurant were very grumpy, like you annoy them being there.

Nice apartments centrally located in Gdansk. Lovely spa area as well for rainy days, really enjoyed the jacuzz. One of the better hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had because you can basically just order from a bistro around the corner (Młyn Bistro).

I was travelling for work (conference) and me and a colleague stayed in a very tiny and kitsch apartment. Not really my type of style, lack of cosiness due to cold white lighting, uncomfortable sofa, and such. Didn’t spend much time in the apt anyways… But what was more disappointing is that there is no cleaning or towel service, even when staying there for nearly a week. I understand it’s an apartment rather than hotel room, but a quick clean would have been nice halfway our stay... Towels at the pool are 15PLN, so you have to be economical with towels during your stay here to avoid extra costs.

I've had breakfast at a nearby bistro three times now. The portions are generous, which is great, but I feel the quality could use a bit of improvement. The food is decent, yet there's room for a little more flavor and refinement.

There's definitely a lot of room for improvement at this bistro. Honestly, if breakfast wasn’t complimentary, I wouldn’t have returned after my first visit. I tried the pizza, but it was overly greasy with too much oil on top. I also sampled the feta and şakşuka dishes; they were fine but not remarkable. Both came with focaccia, which, again, was heavier on oil than necessary.

Nice modern apartment, we liked the decor and facilities. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Felt like home from home and we really liked the location near the tram and city centre.

I wasn't sure about the bin collection, as a small family with a toddler and child there our bins were full by the second day. There was a lack of information on the pool access times so we presumed it would be until late but for children it was 7pm to 8pm last session so the first evening we missed out on swimming with my daughter. It may say pool times when booking but having the information on display in the apartment would have been better. We also had building work starting 8am nearby but the apartment was well sound insulated so it wasn't that a big an issue unless the window or balcony door was wide open.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was big, clean and comfy. We liked it very much. There were enough towels in the room for 5 nights. We brought dishwashing tablets as there was only 1 in the kitchen. Location was amazing, close to restaurants and historical sights. There are many small markets near to the hotel and they were open until 23.00 even during Christmas. We did use the pool/spa area 3 times. The pool was not big but not too small either. The sauna and the steam room were also. The first 2 days, December 25-26, spa area was quite calm with few people. However, the last day on saturday it was extremely crowded. (more than 40 people in the pool) It was full of children and very very noisy with their screams. We couldn't use either the pool or the sauna. Had to go back to the room. Spa is in another building, you have to go outside and walk 2-3 minutes to get there. There were lockers in the changing room, towels were rented.

There was a huge construction in front of the hotel and they started working at 7.30 am so it was impossible to sleep.

Lovely apartment, so big and really clean. Everything you need is in the apartment. Also lots of mirrors. Location was excellent, so central. Also we asked for a cot for our baby, which was there on arrival. Breakfast was a highlight, so much choice. The play areas in breakfast cafe and by reception of hotel were great for children. On arrival, we ate in the hotel restaurant for lunch. Young blonde waitress was so friendly and gave our daughter colours and paper to draw while we were waiting on food. She was so friendly and we really appreciated it!

I asked for extra towels at reception on day 6 of our stay (we were there for 1 week so had run out). Blonde receptionist was quite rude telling me that "it's not a hotel so you have to pay". She was not friendly. Other than that, all other staff were so nice!

Everything was amazing. It was spotless, comfortable & absolutely perfect for our 3 night trip. The facilities in the apartment were great and the location was just excellent. It was really helpful having the hotel next door to assist with check in & check out plus looking after luggage. We will definitely be coming back!

Unfortunately when we went to use the wellness area at the hotel, the jacuzzi was absolutely freezing! They had a heating problem that day and I just wish they had told us when we paid for towel rental and was looking forward to a warm soak after lots of walking!

The breakfast was very good with many choices and good coffee selection in a cozy bistro. It was very central, and in walking distance to the old town/riverfront

The staff in the breakfast bistro was not very nice, and left the feeling that one wasn't welcome. The pool&Spa area was very noisy and often packed The view from the apartment was to a construction site and not at all the waterfront as indicated by the pictures on booking. this also meant that we were woken up by construction noises :-( Lastly the bed was bit on the small side for 2 people

Very near old town, nice modern apartment. Good facilities but could have provided a little more tea and sugar. Nice shower, beds comfy. Very nice to have access to the pool/spa at the hotel which felt a little more luxurious. Front desk welcoming and helpful, booked our taxi for the airport upon return.

Advertised 2nd bed as sofa bed but was not a pull out as expected, luckily only for 1 person this time. Definitely NOT soundproof, all night every night I could hear banging and scraping of furniture which was very annoying and proved detrimental to sleep. No salt/ pepper surprisingly. No tea towel to dry crockery or hand towel for kitchen. Seemingly no rules in spa pool, 4 lads were raucous and disturbed others with ball games, nothing done despite cameras and noise.
