We arrived earlier than expected and I thought I'd try and see if we could drop our bags off rather than having to wait a few hours. We were greeted by a very friendly receptionist who sorted this out for us. The apartment is the next street over from the Long Market and couple of doors down from the Chlebnicka Gate⁩⁦. So you are right in the middle of the Old Town. Excellent location. The apartment was just right for two people. Double bed was very clean and very comfy. The room was warm and inviting. Bathroom was spotless and everything worked as it should. The shower is the most powerful one I've ever come across. Plenty of hot water. There is a kettle, fridge and microwave which although in a cramped area work perfectly and there is plenty of decent quality cups, glasses and cutlery as well. Despite being so close to the main attractions it was very quiet at night and the secondary glazing kept any noise form the rare passing car out. We had a slight issue one day but the staff sorted this straight away and genuinely couldn't have been more helpful and understanding.

Absolutely nothing for us. If you can't use stairs you would be in trouble as there is no lift that I saw.

It's perfect if you just need somewhere to sleep and be close to the old town. The room looks exactly like in the pictures. Walkable distance everywhere and a grocery store around the corner. Public transport is a few minutes away. Breakfast was delicious and big enough. Comfortable sofa bed. The ladies at the reception were super nice and stored our backpacks after the checkout.

Room felt a bit cramped with 3 people in it. Disrespectful neighbours slamming doors every night. Just 3 variants of breakfast, for longer stays it's not enough. Bed was too soft.

Staff were very helpful from the beginning of the booking. Provided extra support with elderly family members. Location was outstanding and central to everything a new visitor would need. 24 hr reception with polite and helpful staff. High five to the cleaners who should get a pay rise as they are very professional and never stop. Great apartments for what you need and excellent on tea coffee sugar. Asked reception for an iron and ironing board and received it within 5 minutes. If someone wants to visit Ghdansk and wants a central clean apartment with professional staff this is the place to book. It's not an all bells and whistles but your not there to stay all day in an apartment and for that reason it's 10 out of 10 and will be returning again to Moon Apartments. It's a friendly place to stay and the staff make you feel welcome.

Would consider some seating out front but this is not a criticism more an observation.

The location was excellent. Breakfast was extra, so we did not take what they were offering. The shower was big enough and good water pressure.

There was a really tiny washbasin in the bathroom, so that, to fill the kettle, you had to fill a cup again and again, as the kettle did not fit under the tap. There were plates and a microwave in the room but there was no way that you could have washed a plate in that tiny basin. It could have been twice the size - the niche it was in was plenty big enough.

The room was modern and a decent size, excellent views as we were on the top floor. Thankfully a lift to the 5th floor and stairs for the last level to get there (on the 6th floor). The water machine was a nice touch.

Kitchenette is a push, it was a mini fridge on the floor with a microwave sat on top of it and then a kettle on top of that, and the chest of drawers was used to keep the plates and stuff. No where to wash your dishes, so you need to do it in the shared bathroom. The bathroom maybe needs to be checked more often as it then becomes dirty with people leaving food bits in the sink and not cleaning up after themselves. Pressure and temperature fluctuates in the shower that much, it makes showering interesting. The mattress is very soft, so not the best sleep.

Location was great right in the centre, with bars and restaurants on the doorstep, staff were very friendly, room was clean and had everything we needed

The hotel looked amazing from the front, when we opened the door it was more like a hostel, all the beautiful features we were expecting weren't there. We were on the 2nd floor with no lift so was a bit of a trek getting our cases up. There were weird mechanical noises from the room above that started at 8.30 on the Sat morning

Staff at front desk is exceptional. Very helpful and kind. The room was clean and beds were comfy. Luggage storage made our trip very easy.

There was no anti-slip mat in the bathroom. Was quite a challenge to not slip. No sink to wash dishes. Coffee, sugar and tea seemed very old, one of jars had damp in it and we couldn't use it. Sachets would do much better. Someone smoked under our window.

The location is very central yet quite enough for a good sleep and easy to access.

We booked a room for 3 people and one bed was the sofa bed - which we knew - but upon arrival nothing for the 3rd bed was prepared. So I went down to ask where the 3rd bed was, and I was told „it’s in the drawer of the sofa, I have to prepare it myself“ Excuse me? Also: no instruction whatsoever in the room, that would have told me that, I had to go to the counter to be told that. Also, there was a hot water kettle but would have been nice - as it is even standard in hotels - to get a selection of tea or coffee with it, the room had absolutely zero stuff provided.

Very cosy standard room, comfy bed, kettle, plates, cups, cutlery, some spices, tea and instant coffee. A big plus is a fridge. Beautiful location, easy to find and walk to whenever you need. Despite a few hickups I recommend staying in Moon apartments and will definitely be back. 🌻

The light was flickering and they couldn't replace it until morning (I stayed only 1 night so there was no point). Although the check-out is very early at 11am, I was not able to check-in much earlier 3pm only at 2.50pm. I called and asked but the rooms were not ready. Also, my room did not have a city view as promised in the booking, reception said that they give out those rooms "first come first served" and I was first actually.

1. Location - everything is 2 minutes walking distance 2. Room number 602 is on the sixth floor and has beautiful view from windows 🥰 3. The bed was very comfy and soft. I was alone, but I think for 2 people this “king size” bed would be a little bit small. 4. Room had microwave, fridge, water boiler and a small table, wardrobe as well. 5. The batch was also clean and nice. There is no phone in the room, which is a little bit of discomfort. If you want to ask something in the reception, you have to go downstairs. Luckily there is an elevator. The staff was also very friendly and nice. They gave me good recommendations for food places. The late check in is also possible. Overall I am happy with this place and time I spent in Gdansk. If I will ever visit this city again, I would definitely come back to this hotel 💞
