Amazing location and great facilities. You are in the heart of the old town near museums, restaurants and the river so everything is easy walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable and easily accessible at anytime. Check in and check out was easy. Fantastic value for money.

Location is exceptional and the staff very helpful. Despite the centric location is relatively quiet. Good alternatives with early and late check in/out. Amenities are also appropriate for the amount of people and you have all you need We definitely recommend it or will come back soon

We had two flats. On both there are no proper shades/curtains, so for summer time you have the sun on your face at 5 am One of the flats is a big two floor room, because there is no door in the room, so no privacy.

The location is the best. The very heart of the old town. Can't be better. The communication of the personel is outstanding, before and during the stay we have been constantly informed and helped. Not intrusive, but very helpful. The appartments were comfotable, the check-in and check-out was very simple. All in all - very positive experience.

The only minor issue was that the appartment was not the cleanest. We found unchanged sheets in one of the sofas, when unfolded, with potato chips inside. Also the floor had crumbs. In general the cleaning should be better. But during our stay the personel asked us if we want to have the cleaning and this time it was cleaned fine. So minor issue.

Location, location, location! Location is amazing! Hotel is in historical downtown and just few steps from the Old town square with Cathedral, Neptune fountain, Royal palace, and river boardwalk. Hotel is modern, nice, clean, and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. There is full kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meal. But we didn't have a chance to use it because there are a lot off local restaurants with wonderful foods nearby. They serve breakfast at the Mexican restaurant next door. The best part is that you can get your breakfast till 1 PM! So, it's almost brunch :) and you can enjoy your meal in peace and quiet. We loved it. Our room had 2 bedrooms and living room. It was tidy and comfortable. You feel like at home. I recommend this hotel. Especially for families, this hotel is a great deal.

The property is in the old town and it was very confortable to access some popular and famous places. The room was clean and comfortable. The apartment staff has friendly and the guide for parking a car and enter to the apartment was very helpful. A view of old town from the window was beautiful and we could hear the beautiful church bells! Dziękuję bardzo!

The dishwasher has worked well, but tt would be better the dishwasher will be cleaned with dishwasher salt and rinse aid (for glass) and clean the filter, thank you! It might be comfortable if the maisonette has more chairs (there were 4 chairs but we were 5).

The location of the hotel is fantastic – right in the heart of the Old Town. We enjoyed beautiful views of the cathedral from our windows, and all the main attractions were within walking distance. Since we had booked a parking space, we were granted access to drive into the Old Town. All the necessary information was clearly provided via email beforehand. The apartment was spacious enough for a family of four (though I wouldn’t recommend it for families with small children due to the stairs). We had arranged in advance for the sofa bed to be made up, and it was ready when we arrived. The kitchenette was well equipped – there was a capsule coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and even detergent and dishwasher tablets. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We didn’t order breakfast at the property, as there are many nice cafes nearby offering a wide variety of breakfast options. The staff were polite and helpful. We really recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

The only downside was the pillows – they were extremely thin and not comfortable.

Stuff was not very welcoming, double bed was awful since it was made from 2 single beds not attached to each other so there was always a hole in the middle between two beds.

I think what I loved about this property is the location!! Undoubtedly, it's the best place if you are planning to see Gdansk in a short time. The place is so on point that tourist attractions are just a walkable distance, moreover, I felt safe while walking during the late night as well.

I would have loved it if the hotel were a little flexible with the early check-in. I was travelling with the 65+ years parents, and the place did not have any facilities if you are reaching earlier than 3 pm!! This was disappointing, as I never had a problem in europe before.

Perfect. The service from the front door was outstanding.. The young lady went out of her way to find my friend who came to pick me up. She actually went and picked him up at the Neptune Statue. This was beyond any service I have had in my 7 weeks of travel. Thank you.

What takes away from the high score is the noise at 7;30 due to the bottles being emptied from the recycling in the lot next door. The doors are also heavy and very loud when they close. I would have rated this higher if there was no noise from the recycling. It was a bit too much, too early for a weary traveler.

The apartment was very clean and well-equipped, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had all the necessary dishes. The location was simply perfect—right in the heart of the old town. A big advantage was the parking spot right next to the building, and it was possible to see the car through the window. The window offered a view of the Town Hall tower, and there was a small grocery store just a few steps away. This place truly lets you experience the spirit of the old town. We would definitely love to come back!

The kettle needs to be descaled.
