The location could not be more central. The breakfast was absolutely lovely. The staff were efficient and helpful. The room was spotless and comfortable. It offered excellent value for money.

I could come up with no negative comment. We certainly plan to return.

Location superb, excellent facilities and a *BIG* sound out to David on the front desk. We have recently stayed in some hotels where the hotel staff didn’t even know about the facilities in the hotel let alone anything in the town/city. David knew ALL of this BUT real kudos goes to his knowledge of things I wouldn’t expect hotel staff to know. I had been looking for a vintage Apple cable on the trip - no luck in NYC, Louisville, Philly of London David suggested an outlet in Gdańsk that delivered. In my eyes what a star. Also appreciated the hotels efforts Re environmental sustainability etc

Absolutely nothing

The location of the hotel is very comfortable - in the centre of the town. One door leads to the main street. We were lucky to have windows to the beautiful church and central stret, but it was not noisy! The room was very spacious and nice and really pure clean. The beds were comfortable. The bed linen purely white and the towels soft and clean. The hotel is very clean, beautiful and comfortable. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast has a lot of choise delicious food. Very good value for the price we payed. We would like to come back one day!

It was unusual that guests have to bring their dishes with the tray themselves. It really wasn’t a problem, but it didn’t fit to this prestigious hotel.

The windows can only be opened when the recep gomes and opens them and asks extra signature to reponsopility waiver... strange

The location of the property is excellent!! It’s right in the center of the old town with close and easy access to all amenities and restaurants, the room was very clean. The breakfast choice was great and with something different everyday, the reception staff were always very nice and helpful

The room was very hot in terms of temperature.. even when we switched off the AC unit it was still hot and made it difficult for us to sleep through the night.. the windows could not be opened.. also the pillows werent the best

The location is excellent, near Mariacki Church. The room was very quiet, even during the church bells ringing and when workers carried metal items across the stone ground. It was a special stay with my mom, and we were given the best possible room, which was spacious enough for both of us. We loved the clean, fresh bed linen and soft, large towels. There were shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in dispensers with a lovely scent, but the body lotion dispenser wasn't working. The breakfast was great, with a changing selection each day. We stayed for two nights, and the hot dishes were different on both mornings. There were omelets, grilled mushrooms and vegetables, sausages, triangle-shaped potato pancakes, and even oatmeal! Plus, a variety of vegetables, cheeses, breads, fruits, and cakes. I also noticed colorful plastic plates and cups for kids, which was a cute touch. I appreciated the free water available in the corridor, the gym, and the iron and ironing board in the room!

The only downside was the extra charge of 20 PLN per hour if you want to check in earlier than 3:00 PM. Also, our room wasn't ready at 12:30 PM when we arrived. The printer in the working space doesn’t support Wi-Fi for printing documents directly. Finally, I would have liked more hooks in the bathroom to hang my clothes.

staff was fantastic, awesome and fabulous - we have never met such a wonderful team - just wow!! otherwise - fantastic location, very clean restaurant - fantastic soups (we tried both - pumpkin and horseradish) and burgers (we tried vegetarian and regular ones) - all tasty and having excellent looks also fairly priced 😀 room (we got number 402) - spacious, clean, 2 windows (with lovely view onto basilica and very good soundproofing isolating noises of a bustling city), very comfortable bed, roomy and cosy 15min walk from train station

instead of a safe in the room I would love having just a tiny fridge; air con in gym could be more efficient

This hotel, albeit new, is an absolute treasure in the old town of Gdansk. Competitively priced as 3 star, yet feels a solid 4 star. Cleaning staff are working all day, this shows the effort and dedication that goes into providing a top environment to stay. Reception staff are lovely. Breakfast is also fantastic, the evening restaurant is well priced and the food is amazing, finally the underground car park allows you to be straight from the airport to the centre of this wonderful city within 30 mins.

There was nothing of concern throughout our stay.

A perfect location in the historic city centre: a nice street with pubs, cafes…, close to waterfront and 15 min on foot to main train station. A very large, insonoriser room.

There are obvious issues with room’s design and equipment. Bathroom and closet share a sliding door: opening one closes the other. Bedside tables are ridiculously small; the bed is soft and seems to bulge in the middle; a single rack for one suitcase in a double room. The breakfast is mediocre with limited space for food and drinks distribution.
