Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect - right in the centre of Gdańsk's restaurants, marina, shops and attractions. Also walking distance from Stocznia Gdańska for anybody attending Mystic Festival in the future. Polite and helpful staff with a 24hr reception desk, great if your flight arrives late like ours did! Everything was ideal, with no outside noise reaching us despite how busy the district is.

One minor inconvenience, was how dark the room was - even with all lights turned on and the curtains open, due to the room's position there was no direct sunlight so it was still too dark to get ready. It was fine though, the bathroom was nice and bright. Perhaps brighter bulbs for the non-sunlit rooms might be an idea?

The staff are very friendly and remembered me from my previous stay. As I arrived they gave me an item I had left behind almost a year before. This a hotel to remember in an excellent location in The Old Town, close to the river. I recommend taking a river trip.

The view from my window was excellent, giving a real feel of the social life below. However, the party atmosphere continued till dawn as the cafés below are open all night through early morning. Even with ear plugs supplies by the hotel it was too noisy to sleep.

The location was great, really easy to find as you can't miss the restaurant. There is an intercom after the restaurant closes so you can access the reception at all times. It is all pedestrian around the front, so worth bearing in mind if you have luggage. The room on the top floor was really spacious, with comfy seating and good storage for a short trip. The overall aesthetic of the hotel is truly authentic to the Old Town.

The main thing would be that the pillows on the bed weren't really adequate, really thin and only one each, and this does make a big difference to the quality of your sleep! To be picky, the slippers were only one, very small, size.

A great hotel room in a traditional Polish building. The room was very spacious and came complete with a mini bar and tea and coffee, also a complimentary bottle of water. The shower was hot and powerful and also in the bathroom was a hair dryer, which my wife informs me was excellent. The hotel itself is in the heart of the old town, about 40 metres from Neptune's fountain with excellent restaurants right on the doorstep. I have to Compliment the staff on their service and helpfulness, they even let you store your bags before check in and after checking out. All in all an excellent stay and I'd readily book Holland house again when we next visit this beautiful place.

Right in the center of old town. 10-15 minutes from SKM station. Close to all sorts of bars, pubs and restaurants.

Mattresses on beds were, how to say it, a bit „empty” and were not that comfortable. And not to be to petty but toilet paper was definitely from cheapest sort, probably to safe some money, but what is the point if guests have to use 2 or 3 time more.

Very cozy hotel. Antique furniture and dim lighting in the corridors create a mysterious and romantic atmosphere. The room was quite spacious, clean, with all amenities and with a beautiful view of the central square. The bed is very comfortable and big. If we are in Gdansk again, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The only drawback for me was that you cannot turn off the ventilation in the bathroom, because it turns on along with the lighting. When someone goes to the bathroom at night, the ventilation creates a lot of noise and you wake up.

Hotel is in the very heart of old town. Nice and friendly staff. Possibility to leave luggage before and after check in/out.

Apartments need renovation. And it was irritating that there was no enough shower gel for two days for two people (small thing but that shows attitude). And a little bit strange as acess to hotel is through restaurant.

Right in the middle of old town square. staffed 24 Hrs. Huge room. Cleaned every day. Elevator. Arranged taxi to train station. Older building creatively turned into hotel. Walking distance to every attraction.

A little hard to locate initially, partially hidden behind outdoor restaurants.

Location was excellent right in the old town square, we didnt eat at the Hotel but the food looked good. The rooms were a decent size as hotel rooms go and the bathroom was good.

We found one or two of the staff in the hotel bar quite rude and you can't get a drink in the bar after hours even if you are a resident. Our rooms were a good decent size, my only complaint was the bathroom sink would not empty out water as the plug was stuck so had difficulty cleaning teeth etc. There was tea making facilities but no Teabags or Coffee, But don't let this stop you from staying here I would definitely stay here again

Wonderful hotel in an amazing location. Clean facilities and welcoming staff who honored our request for a room with a view. Perfect for couples, the restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel has an amazing collection of cocktails. Would highly suggest to anyone who is coming to stay in Gdansk and wishes to have everything within walking distance such as shops, restaurants and historical sites.
