Great location, comfortable room but kept the curtains closed whenever in the room as looked out on an inside atrium close to other windows, despite it being a superior room with spa access. The Spa facilities were excellent and well organised. Reception staff and Spa staff were excellent, as were one or two bar staff - others could do with importing their customer service skills.

We slept well for five nights but struggled on the Friday and Saturday. Apparently this was due to a club in a next door building several floors away which went on until 4am. Could hear the base even with ear plugs and our TV on low (to try to disguise the noise).

Every one was really kind, really comfortable bed . Nice kitchenette area in family room that I wasn't aspecting (fridge, cupboards, microwave, bottle opener ). Perfect location. Plesent spa. Very Nice cocktails, nice bar and service at reception and restaurant (bar side) Chleb i vino restaurant next door must do ! Casino next door.

Stains on the leaving room furniture (sofa, chairs ) room 1224. Breakfast - hot small sousages not very tasty and when I asked one of the girls at breakfast if she could clean table for me and my son as I have noticed that crumbs was still between fresh cutlery on both tables she just looked at me ignored me and after sorting slowly forks and knifes in the basket she only went and wiped one side of the table and ignore my child s side ( bigger girl not sure the name) ( very poor customer service from her side) part from that food excellent, really fresh and good quality (breakfast and dinner) .

We have booked a superior room with view to the river. A nice and spacious room with a lot of charm situated in an old building. Beautiful view to the river with a lot of activity. Nice beds and bathroom, the bedroom was separat. The room was on the 2nd floor and at the end so no rooms next to us on either sides. The building we were in had a lot of restaurants (the building is connected to the mainbuilding in door) and therefore many people. But closing the windows you could not hear them. Nice area close to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately there was a bar in the building and they started playing music around midnight until 2 or 4 in the morning. You could hear the beat in the building and I did not sleep in that time, but my husband did. The last night I put in my earplugs and listened to some relaxing music so I could fall asleep. I will do that next time every night.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which might just be the best in Gdańsk. It's located right in the heart of the city, making it perfect for exploring on foot. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Everything was spotless, and the interior design is truly beautiful—modern yet cozy. I loved the little touch of complimentary snacks at the entrance. It made arriving feel extra special.

Unfortunately, there was some drilling noise at 9 AM, which wasn’t ideal for a relaxing morning. The bedspread had a few small hairs on it, which could’ve been cleaned more thoroughly. The bathroom had a dryer but no door on the shower (apparently by design), which might not suit everyone. Soap ran out during my stay, though I think it would’ve been easy to request more at reception

Nice area where the Hotel Radisson Gdansk is placed. I enjoyed to sit outside in your "lounge-area". It was also nice to have a swim in your pool and sauna aera. In general I was satisfied with my stay at your hotel in Gdansk Center.

I only have two issues - which I did not find good... 1) The price for parking in your parking garage is TO EXPENSIVE = 140 PLZ for one night!! Especially - when you consider that just on the other side of the road / in front of your Hotel - there is a very nice (public) Garage and I could even have my electric car loaded - before leaving to Denmark. The price for One Night is ONLY 50,- PLZ !!! 2) During my Breakfast at your Hotel - the music you were playing where TO HIGH!! I like to have more silent start in the morning!!

We had a super time at the hotel! It was truly clean, the linens were perfect, and the mattresses excellent, which ensured a pleasant stay. Also, the location was perfect, which further contributed to our satisfaction.

However, we believe there was an irregularity and that we were short-changed regarding the use of the swimming pool. On Booking.com, we looked at photos of the hotel, including those of the pool, expecting its use to be included in the room price. Only after we paid for the accommodation through Booking.com did we find out that entry to the pool had to be paid for separately. We believe it would have been fair for this information to have been clearly stated at the time of payment, so we would have had a complete picture of the costs before making the reservation.

The hotel is new and modern, clean, comfortably and well presented. It's located directly on the river and in close proximity to the main square with bars, restaurants and gifts shops etc. The rooms were clean and comfy, excellent showers with good pressure and modern facilities including a spa which sadly we didn't have time to use due to a tight schedule. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. There is a bar inside, and seating outside for food and drink overlooking the river and the old town.

The beds in our room were joined despite a request for twin rooms, this wasn't an issue as we were able to separate them but may be an issue for some people.

Great location if you'd like to go around the old town and enjoy the ships to go around the harbor. LOTS of restaurants around to chose from, and the surroundings are clean and well maintained. Good polish/continental breakfast. Pool/spa area is perfect to chill, it even has 2 saunas and 1 hammam to chose from, you just have to think about booking prior to going.

In the first room we were the carpet showed signs of age and you could hear the sounds of the club nearby until 4 AM, not too loud to prevent you from sleeping if you're a heavy sleeper but for light sleepers it can be an issue on Fridays and Saturdays when those parties happen. However upon request we were given another room and an exceptionally quiet part of the hotel, customer service was very understanding and quick to react!

We were very well received by the front desk of the hotel. The room was pretty and very cozy. Breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of options to choose from, and the quality of the food was excellent. However, I felt the overall experience could have been more organized. I noticed that both myself and other guests had to leave our tables to request items that weren’t available at the buffet, which disrupted the flow of the meal. A more proactive or clear ordering system would have made the experience smoother.

I was quite disappointed with the service at the spa. I went down to inquire about using the facilities that were included with our room, as the front desk had mentioned a booking was required. However, when I spoke with the lady at the spa, she was neither welcoming nor helpful. Instead of assisting us with how to make a booking or offering any alternatives, she simply said the spa was too busy and implied it would be better not to go. Her tone and attitude made it feel like we were being discouraged from using the facility altogether. If a service is advertised as part of the stay, guests should feel encouraged and supported in using it—not turned away. In the end, we decided not to go, which was disappointing considering it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

Great location of the hotel. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Gym is great, although SPA arrrea requires booking and can be overcrowded at times. Especially after 6 pm. The room was spacious and clean, however daily cleaning does not include daily towels change or shower glass cleaning... If you choose not to have your room cleaned you get the small present, however I think that should apply to all since the cleaning only includes making your bed and emptying the bins. The staff is very nice and helpful at all times. We absolutely loved the stay.
