This was a fantastic hotel for the price we paid. We did not use the restaurant only because there is lots of choice out and about which we like to do is wander then stop to eat. There is a swimming pool but very busy and noisy when I went down with lots of children splashing in the pool But good to see them having fun. We used the spa for treatments which was very good and the therapists we had was very welcoming. Came away feeling very relaxed. If we return to Gdansk would definitely stay at hotel Grano again.

This isn’t a complaint but maybe something that guests need to be told when booking a spa treatment. We booked a spa ritual which was £80 each for a 90 minute treatment. Once paid the total was around £110 each so for the two of us an extra £60. This is the taxes that is added on at end of your bill. Not something I was aware of and maybe should be told at time of booking or on the treatment menu. I suppose in the UK our taxes are included in the price shown, so did not expect the extra price. Just so other guests are aware when booking their treatments.

Really clean rooms, comfortable beds. We got here after our first accomodation turned out to be a disaster and this place came in clutch like a much needed bandaid to undo our horrible first night. We slept so good here. AC works as desired, bathroom was spacious and very nice. There's a mini fridge. They have their own parking underneath the building and Old Town is just right there when you go out on the street. Fantastic stay.

I am deducting 1 point so it's a 9/10 because we stayed here from Sunday to Thursday and one elevator was out of order throughout our entire stay. Every time you needed the elevator it was a 5 to 10 minute waiting time depending how packed it was. Public holidays should not play a factor when vital facilities are out of order; it should be top priority to fix them regardless off the costs. Every hotel guest was fed up with this.

Location was perfect, Breakfast was good with a variety of dishes. I really liked the mulitple lemonade options. Staff was helpful and understanding. We liked all the facilities available to us. Our room was upgraded which was a bonus. Check in and check out was super easy.

On our second night when we picked up our bathrobes, the set given to us was very low in quality, small in size and thin, scratchy waffle bathrobes. That was disappointing since the first time we recieved high quality ones. The same night hot water ran out around 10 pm. Except for these minor things everything was great.

We enjoyed the pool. The staff were really good. Especially the reception. I can't remember their names, but whoever was Woking there Friday 4th July around lunch time, a big thumbs up to you....a guy and a girl ♥️ Breakfast was good. Nice to have some fizz to start the day for the ladies. Lalique was a nice touch in the bathroom. No bottled water was a good thing.

Everyone struggled with the showers. Some adjustment is required so that it's easier to position the shower head. Was same issue in all rooms our party occupied. Please Poland, can we have a quilt to cover entire bed. Vegan options at breakfast would have been awesome. Towels a bit hard.

It was a perfect location and great service. Everyone was polite and spoke english

I didnt like the swimming pool, but im from Iceland where it is a big culture so maybe thats why. It was just like a small town swimming pool in Iceland nothing special for me. Water felt kinda dirty too, lockers we’re good though I was very dissatisfied with the price of the breakfast, it was so expensive compaired to everything else. We choose to go to breakfast on our last day which happened to be easter day and the breakfast was more expensive during the holiday which make sense but would be nice to know on forehand since i was most excited to go to breakfast at the hotel on our last day but because of the price we went elsewhere. Room service prices we’re fair.

We had a very comfortable stay at Hotel Grano. The facilities, location and service are all excellent, specially the housekeeping staff are very efficient. On the first night my 5yo accidentally pressed the service button when we came back from dinner room was tidied and new slippers provided again. Breakfast had a variety of choice. The main square is only a 5 min walk and lots of restaurant nearby and a convenience shop round the corner.

If i have to nitpick , would be good to provide hot chocolate sachets in the room. The pool can get very busy especially in the weekend.

Room is very nice, bed mattress is also nice. They got swiming pool its open everyday till 21:00. Pool not very big but im happy that they got it. Also 2 saunas. The pool temperature is perfect and jacuzzi is hot, like suppost to be. The guy in reception is very pleasant. Close to the hotel there is free parking space, but the road in there is very pitted. With liver car it would be hard to go through it. Overall it was nice experience ir march it was good price also. Price in hotel bar is not overpriced, so overall i recomend it 10/10

In the room there was cups and kettle but no coffe or tea or even if you got yours tea there was no teaspoons, forks.

For this type of hotel, the cleaning staff should get max 1.5 stars. Room was not cleaned enough before it was handed over and also after the cleaning staff cleaned our room. The bedside table had stains from juice, the bathroom tiles had stains from god knows what, same as the bathroom door. Also the management should probably invest in better cleaning solutions, since the glass from the shower was full of limestone spots. For the management, in case you will be reading this review, room number was 319. P.S.: maybe for Christmas even and morning, a small festive / symbolic surprise in the room could be considered.

Excellent breakfast – truly exceptional, with a great variety and quality. Perfect location in the Old Town, spacious and modern room.

The spa area was disappointing – very small, crowded, with the Finnish sauna out of order for the entire stay and the steam room weak. Housekeeping was also inconsistent – our room was not cleaned for three days despite the hotel stating daily cleaning, and it was only done after I complained. Overall, we had a nice stay, but these issues did affect the experience.
