The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the location , at the edge of the old town and close to the tram line. The breakfast was excellent with a huge array of food to suit every taste. We went on the boat trip from the Hotel and it’s really cheap - 10 zloty each. It appears the life jackets on board are available on request. So that is good to know. I would love to stay here again.

The location was perfect . Delicious breakfast. Nice to sit facing the river. The hotel organised a short boat trip which was lovely.Very polite staff and helpful at the reception.

The carpet is really outdated in the rooms. We were disappointed in the room when we arrived but they changed it. The rooms are not really the same as the photos,but the manager was very kind to give us a better one.

It was our first stay at the Qubus Hotel—and it definitely won’t be our last! In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Gdańsk for a memorable vacation. The breakfast spread was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious choices to start the day, all while enjoying a fantastic view of the river—it really sets the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a stress-free trip. The hotel’s location was another highlight—perfectly situated for exploring the city. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, making the experience even more delightful. The Hotel was about 3 minutes walk to a lovely selection of Bars and Restaurants overlooking the River. And about 10 minutes walk to Neptune Fountain. 15 to the Shopping Centre. Great Selection of food for Breakfast very Quiet... Everything was exceptionally Clean. As is all the establishments in the inner City. Room was a good Size. Downsides, and this is only my preferences... Bath sides were really high so have to be really careful getting out or in. The beds were very low. And rooms really warm. Would I recommend this hotel... Definitely My Sons will stay when they Head to Gdansk. P.s loved having Waffles in the morning with Maple Syrup and Strawberries...

Responsive staff, hot high pressure shower, amazing breakfast, quiet location but super close to everything, easy to access by public transport, black out curtains, no noise from other rooms/ guests, comfortable beds

Some signs of neglect in the room; door attempted to be broken into, keycard reader falling apart, signs of rot on door frames, broken chair leg. BUT the worst was the very pittyful Christmas dinner, my partner asked whether it was how Christmas was celebrated in Poland as it was more like a funeral. No music or nothing else that would create a happy atmosphere, food was ok but over priced and sad.

Friendly welcome upon arrival & throughout our stay. We were able to check in early (with small cost of around £10) as our room was ready, which was perfect. We arrived just after 10am so were able to leave everything in the room & go straight out to explore. Straight out of the hotel and over the junction and we were in the middle of Granary Island. The hotel & rooms were clean and the beds were really comfy. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice, that kept everyone happy. Hotel bar was reasonably priced

Initially thrown when entering our room, as the photos on the website showed the bunk bed in the bedroom, leaving just the sofa bed in the lounge area. Our room had the bunks in the lounge. This upset our eldest a little as she'd not wanted to sleep in the same room as her brother (which was why we'd chosen this room). However, the room was big enough for them to be far enough apart. We asked the cleaner for bedding for the sofa bed, but she came in & made it up for us.

from the moment we stepped into the hotel we knew we had made the right decision. it was warm and welcoming. Every member of staff was lovely...helpful, knowledgable and made you feel like nothing was too much trouble. The whole hotel was modern, clean and cosy. our room was big, clean and comfortable and the bonus for us was having a river view. The buffet breakfast was amazing...one of the best buffet breakfast we have ever had...and we have had a few! So much choice. You simply could not want for more. Location perfect. The old town being literally across the road. Train station a 15 minute walk away. Everything was perfect so thank you to ALL staff. WE WILL BE BACK AGAIN!! A little recommendation while in Gdansk. If you like a museum then the Polish WW2 Museum is a 30 minute walk and is definately a must see. The best museum we have ever been to, we spent 5 hours there, you could easily spend longer.

We went as two couples, and right from the offset of checking in , we knew we'd made the right choice . Due to the early morning flight , we arrived at the hotel a good five hours before check in time , and for a small fee were allowed to have our rooms early , which we did . Giving us a full day to explore Gdansk without having to come back during the day to check in . Everything about the hotel was perfect . The rooms were spotless and spacious enough for two , the bathroom was also spacious with a powerful hot shower . The bed was very comfortable with extra pillows in the wardrobe if needed . Plus it contained all the extras you'd expect from a nice hotel , hairdryer , iron , TV , shower gel , soap etc.. The breakfast , which was included in the price was honestly one of the best I've ever had on my years of travelling . I've never seen such a large choice before , and can't think of anything that wasn't included . The location . Spot on , exceptionally quiet on a night , yet only ten mins walk away from the old town . The staff . From checking in to checking out , they were all so friendly and helpful . The reception staff , the breakfast staff , always there when needed , always smiling , thank you.. So all in all , for the money we paid , the three night stay exceeded our expectations , and I'd recommend the Qubus hotel to anybody looking for somewhere to stay in Gdansk 10/10

I loved the room space and location was perfect. The food was great. Excellent selection at breakfast. The weather was ideal and getting the boat ride was fun. I also think everyone was fabulous. Except one staff member was rude to and her boyfriend why ?? Not clear I'm the guest from USA. More will be coming in the future. But otherwise spa service ok.....They sell products not needed for certain skin types.
