The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the location , at the edge of the old town and close to the tram line. The breakfast was excellent with a huge array of food to suit every taste. We went on the boat trip from the Hotel and it’s really cheap - 10 zloty each. It appears the life jackets on board are available on request. So that is good to know. I would love to stay here again.

The location was perfect . Delicious breakfast. Nice to sit facing the river. The hotel organised a short boat trip which was lovely.Very polite staff and helpful at the reception.

The carpet is really outdated in the rooms. We were disappointed in the room when we arrived but they changed it. The rooms are not really the same as the photos,but the manager was very kind to give us a better one.

Very well located, just 5 minutes from the city center. Hotel is on the riverside and has a separate chill out area with a beautiful view. For only 20 PLN per person you can take a river boat tour, which I highly recommend. The breakfast is very good, with a wide range of food, from hot to cold. Despite the closeness to the road, the soundproofing is very good and with the windows closed the noise is not disturbing at all. The hotel is freshly renovated and the rooms are very clean. A huge advantage for us was that there is a cooler with drinking water on each floor, so no need to bring bottles from the store. Although the hotel had full occupancy there were no crowds of tourists and it was very peaceful.

The staff was super nice and friendly - special thanks and shout out to Daniel at the reception who gave us great and useful advice on where to go to kayaking and to get tickets for ferry to Hel. The location of the hotel is also perfect, immediately next to the vibrating city centre. We loved the hotel breakfast, wide variety of options, including fresh fruits and delicious cakes.

If there is any complaint, maybe the location of our room was not the best - it was right above the terrace of the hotel restaurant and we could here the music. But not until too late, it always stopped around 10-11 pm.

Location was excellent, right at the start of the old town. I enjoyed sitting on the terrace beside the river. Room good sizes, was very clean and maintained and cleaning staff very attentive. Little noise in room where we were placed.Breakfast was great, good choice of food, bit limited in space especially around 9am as noted in other reviews. The young man working the breakfast shift was always very helpful and responsive to requests for items. I liked the availability of water machine on our floor. Staff helpful when booking taxi run to airport. Would highly recommend hotel to others and would not hesitate in using if I returned.

We arrived at 12 noon and was told that our room was ready but that we needed to pay around £10 to get early access! I could understand paying a charge to keep room longer but not to access the room when it was ready and available - I could not see how the additional cost was incurred or justified. I thought this was poor customer relations. TV channels a bit limited, I think it would be worthwhile hotels subscribing to one of the major channels is Netflix or Prime which residents could access. The provision of tea/coffee and bonus but there was only dried milk as opposed to fresh but having a fridge allowed us to buy our own for use.

The breakfast was truly amazing! We've had a lot of hotel breakfasts and this was one of the best. They kept refreshing everything so hot food was actually hot and it was all fresh. My husband is gluten intolerant and they gave him gluten-free bread every morning. There was a waffle maker, different types of eggs, 5 different blue cheeses, cereals and some dishes were changed every day (eg, different vitamin shots, chia seeds, puddings etc). Our bed was comfy and the room was clean. It's a good size too. The staff were helpful and friendly. There's a free drinking water machine on each floor so we didn't have to buy lots of bottled water. If you want to use the sauna you need to give them 30 mins notice. It was nice and quiet and clean. We were upgraded to a river view room which was possibly quieter than the side nearer the road. You can hear a bit of traffic but compared to being in the old town, I think it's much quieter. It only took 15 mins to walk to most places. If we return to Gdańsk, we would come back to this hotel.

We didn't appear to have a working extractor fan in the bathroom so it got unbearably hot in there. The air conditioning was good but we couldn't open the windows.

It was our first stay at the Qubus Hotel—and it definitely won’t be our last! In my opinion, this is one of the best hotels in Gdańsk for a memorable vacation. The breakfast spread was incredible, offering a wide variety of delicious choices to start the day, all while enjoying a fantastic view of the river—it really sets the tone for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Our room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the amenities provided everything we needed for a stress-free trip. The hotel’s location was another highlight—perfectly situated for exploring the city. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist, making the experience even more delightful. If you’re planning a visit to Gdańsk, I highly recommend Qubus Hotel. It truly adds a touch of сomfort to your getaway!

The breakfast was one of the best in Europe. several kinds of cheese , bread and fruit. meats, beans, fishes. Perfect on Friday and Saturday. Only it's so busy around 9. So we went earlier the following days. On Sunday there s no apples at all and got the last banana. That might be because many guests check out on Sunday. Most staffs especially the ladies are very friendly. On our request they did everything they can to give a good time. Very good restaurant. Delicious ribs with fried sweet potatoes . Amazing Strawberry Magrita.

The hotel is very close to the busy street. So if you open the windows, it is quite noisy. The central Air-conditioning system is not cold enough for me ( In Asia hotels have very good Air-conditioning )So I couldn't sleep well but when I open the windows, it s so noisy, I couldn'tsleep at all. They gave us the other room. Much appreciated. But made a little difference. We were there on end of May. It would be a hell for me in summer.

Breakfast selection was exceptional.Cereal, fruit, hot food, meats and cheeses. The terrace by the river was an added bonus; watching the boats passing by while sitting having a drink. The hotel Qubus boat trip down the river was a pleasant opportunity. The location of the hotel was perfect for the town centre, bars, restaurants and trams. Staff were very helpful when we needed a phone charger and umbrella! Would recommend this hotel to anyone, and hope to return ourselves soon.

Coffee machine in bar was turned off by 10.30pm while the bar was open until 11pm. Not everyone wants an alcoholic nightcap!

Absolutely amazing accommodation, extremely quiet, fantastic sound isolation, very comfortable beds, fridge in the room and many equipments. Amazing breakfast, never had better one in my life and we really travel a lot. Very close to centre, close to tram and bus station. We used hotel boat trip, it was also fantastic. You can use fitness centre or sauna for free. Massages are in offer too. We were amazed by this accommodation. Highly recommended

Only one disadvantage was in sauna. There is no relax room. After sauna we couldn't relax and we were sitting between fitness room and massage room on hallway like homeless 😀
