Nice hotel, comfy and clean, not much noice. Good enough breakfast although a bit reduced options. Spa was clean, small but it does the job. Walking distance to the city centre, I’ll say 10-15 minutes but I’m a slow walker. Comfy bed, bedroom and bathroom size pretty good, elevator available, bar and restaurant available in the hotel.

I felt a bit limited on breakfast options, mainly eggs and pancakes which is nice for a weekend but we were there a week, then is not so fun eating the same everyday. The spa is free only for one hour, it feels extremely short time, and it’s small, even though I enjoyed it, I think it’s much better paying the entrance to another proper spa. Location isn’t bad but it isn’t great either. I would have prefer something closer to the city center, but I’m a city person and love exploring around so I felt a bit limited when I had to also count another 15 minutes walk to the hotel. But still not bad.

The location of the hotel is perfect - a couple minutes walk to the old town, plus there is a small spar like shop just round the corner with some great wee restaurants (would recommend mama Indii 👌) We paid a great price for 4 nights. The room/hotel was spacious and clean. The swimming pool & spa was lovely, also clean and well maintained - this does need booked but we didn't have any issues booking on the day. We didn't have much contact with staff but the little contact we did have with them they were very helpful & spoke great English

The beds weren't comfortable to our taste - Pillows too soft & bed too hard (but that's personal preference) The air con was very noisy and would waken us a few times a night. Breakfast was very expensive with very little options & definitely not worth it. Our tv was unusable - we weren't able to screen share and the "standard tv" wouldn't allow us to change the channel so we had 1 Polish channel to watch & that was our only option, this wasn't a massive issue for us as we didn't spend a lot of time in our room however if this is important to you it's worth noting

I had an amazing weekend stay at Grano Hotel Number One in Gdańsk! From start to finish, everything was perfect. The hotel is modern, stylish, and in a great location—perfect for exploring the city. The spa was absolutely wonderful—clean, relaxing, and well-maintained. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. The sauna and pool area were a real highlight! My room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The bed was super cozy, and I appreciated the attention to detail in keeping everything pristine. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gdańsk!

Had a fantastic stay at Grano Hotel Number One! Loved the clean, comfortable room and the relaxing spa. Everything was perfect—except the price, which was a bit high. Still, highly recommended!

Located about 5 minutes walk from olt town square and shops/restaurants. Staff were great and kindly put me in one room for the whole stay despite 2 bookings (airline changed our flights). The room was very clean and cleaned when requested, the room itself was very big ! The bed was big and comfortable. The breakfast selection was great, loads of food so that myself, my partner and my little were all able to find something we like. We really enjoyed our stay. Be sure to enquire about the children play room and board games when travelling with little ones. The hotel is also pet friendly.

This is being really nit picky... The shower temperature was really hard to set one little move or nudge either way and you'd have really hot or really cold water. Wish we were informed of the child room and board games etc prior to our stay. The tv, none of the channels lined up with what the programme said and the choice of channels was poor so we ended up casting from the phone onto tv for the duration of the stay. A fridge would've been a great addition to the room as we were travelling with a baby so had baby milk with us, we stored it outside due to it being cold but in the summer this may be a problem. The breakfast was quite expensive too but definitely worth it.

Rooms were very comfortable and spacious felt like an upper class hotel. Great location with only a short walk to places however, if wanting a break - u we’d were very cheap and easy.

Pool had to be booked, it wasn’t as relaxing as anticipated as unknowingly the polish children holidays had just started on our trip so was more like a children’s swim session then a relaxing night at the spa pool. Some staff friendly and happy however some very straight faces and not as smiley but still accommodating to our needs. Happy birthday card was a lovely touch in the room. Free apples and free water can’t complain. We tried breakfast once which was very good. Overall our trip was amazing and I would recommend to anyone. Great value for money.

Easy reservation and fast check-in. Photos accurately describe the offer. Good location, in the walking distance from the Old Town, but in a quiet place. The room was super clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable, A/C worked as it should. The curtains can be drawn to make it all black if sun wakes you up. The TV remote worked. The bathroom had all it needed.

Getting connected to WiFi is a hassle. You have to register with email and then start getting hotels promotional emails every day. There is no way to connect to Wifi without consenting to receiving promotional stuff. You have to set up a hotspot from phone first to click on the wifi activation link that goes to your email and you have to do it from the device that will be connecting. C'mon we are in 2024 now.

Like the hotel. Nice location, close to everything. Spacious room, comfortable bad.

But hairdryer was really bad.

Very nice place to stay for short or longer time. Great location - pretty quet surroundings, but just a 5-10 min walk to Old town. Clean and comfortable rooms. 1 free hour in pool for guests each day, wich is very handy when you travel with kids :) We visited Gdansk 2 times and after first stay in this hotel we knew, that other time we will also stay here. First time we had apartment with kitchen (wich is also very nice to have with kids), second time - hotel room. Both suites met our needs very well. Also they have very nice restaurant with friendly staff. If I happen to be in Gdansk again, I will not even look for ather accomodations :)

Very good location (5 min walking distance ti the center), good breakfast, nicely clean, spa area for grownups and kids as well, very friendly stuff, good sound isolation.

We couldn’t connect the TV to the phone to see movies in the evening; the bed was rather small (it was myself and my 11 years old son in a double bed and that was too small for the 2 of us. If I would have been with my husband, we wouldn’t be able to fit in it. We are rather skinny people in my family). I would like to book it next time I will come to Gdańsk with the entire family but only if they have bigger beds :)

I stayed in one of the rooms with my daughter for one night. We had a great time, everything was clean and beautiful. There is a machine with drinking water on each floor. The room had a TV, a kettle, coffee and tea. There are children's playrooms, an elevator, it was convenient with a stroller. We did not go to the restaurant, but we used the pool and spa. The child really liked the jacuzzi, there were not many people in the morning. The staff is pleasant, responsive. We were satisfied with everything.
