The location is Excellent. It is within walking distance to all attractions in the old town. Also, it was possible to take the bus from the airport to the old town and walk to the hotel. the staff were very friendly and polite, and helpful. They were always available. the design is rustic, modern, it has a nice fresh feeling to it. the adjoining restaurant making breakfast and dinner easily available was great. It was clean, and the breakfast in the restaurant was more than sufficient for me.

Because there appears to be no central heating, the nights could be a little bit damp. I opened the window to get some air, which naturally made the room quite cold :-)

Hotel is located in city’s prime location. Everything is walking distance, most of the monuments and museums, restaurants and shopping. Room was small but just big enough for a mother with a child. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bathroom: clean and spacious. Front desk staff was very nice and two people I met, were very polite and spoke perfect English. They helped me get a taxi to the airport for a decent price and our driver was wonderful and punctual.

The only thing that was driving me nuts was the TV that no matter what button I pushed, it wasn’t turning off. I gave up and just unplugged it.

Great location in the heart of main town. Rooms were good size and special plus for spacious bathroom. Three person room had space for three beds and even more floor space. Reception was open 24/7 which was also nice.

Room was lacking some basics like mini fridge and iron plate. It did not have aircon, only fan which is not a problem until temperature outside was +25 and above. Our room was to the street and above restaurant so some noise at night especially in the weekend but earplugs solved that problem. :) other room that was towards street but not above restaurant was not as noisy.

No fans in the room which would of helped re the heat of the room - maybe add air com . No fridge in the room . For an international hotel , they should have more international channels on the tv . I'd booked a taxi via the hotel to pick up at my arrival at Gdansk airport which didnt arrive , when i phoned the hotel they re booked . I ordered a Uber for my return trip myself , which was 50% less than charged when arranged via the hotel ( none of which impacted on my stay , they are just points of reference.)

Breadfast was good and with wide selection. Breakfast was served 7:30-10:30 o´clock but we got it a bit earliear, as we had an early flight. The room was cozy and warm enough (we were in February). The hotel was recently renovated. -10% discount in hotels own restaurant (unfortunately we ate elsewhere on our walking tour). Just 100 meters to the statue of Neptune. A small shop "Zabka" on the otherside of street provides everything needed and open also in the late hours until 23:00 o´clock. We will stay here next time too.

Churchbells from Maria church are easily heard into the room once an hour (luckily only daytime, not nighttime). But at night sometimes many people party and walk shouting so it could be heard too, but in a lively town you need to get used to some voices. Inside hotel or from other rooms or corridors no voices could be heard.

The room was a good size for one person (I booked a single room), and the location was fantastic. It was near many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The bathroom was not very big, but was fine for me, and there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure. I liked that there was bottled water and a kettle for coffee/tea. The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of food.

The internet did not work that great and either slow or not available, so I ended up needing to use my own WiFi most of the time.

The hotel is central. Very convenient to get to the historical sites and the river. Other reviewers had said that there is music coming from the street. We did hear the music but it finished by 11pm and I slept well despite being a light sleeper. The mattress is very comfortable. The staff was very helpful in everything that we needed.

Our room was very small with very limited space to be able to get out of bed. Not sure if all rooms are the same size. No full length mirror. Otherwise it was ok.

Super location, super breakfast, comfortable room . The restaurant was quite good too! (The duck special was really yummy) A pretty hotel (loved the door handle) and waking up to the bells of the tower! The location is fantastic- right across from the church and around the corner from Neptune statue and the town hall museum. They served buffet style breakfast until 10:30 which had a lovely assortment of Polish offerings. Staff was friendly and our WiFi internet connection was really strong.

Facing a parking lot courtyard there was a bit of noise in the morning from trucks (after 7am) and music from the restaurant trickled up the stairs in the evening, but given where we were in the heart of things, plus we were shielded from the street noises - we were quite happy with everything! One of the lamps in our room didn't work but this was not a real problem for our stay.

The location simply couldn't be bettered, right in the heart of the old town. The place itself is full of traditional atmosphere. Breakfast and dinner are taken at the Bonzur adjoining, which was superb. Particularly good breakfast range.

My husband complained of the nearby church bells which mark the hours enthusiastically, but I found them rather charming. Altogether a delightful place.

Great location (but be prepared to hear the church bells a lot!). The beds were comfortable. The room was cosy. The breakfast was tasty. The staff were very kind and helpful.

During our stay, it seemed like there was an issue with the pipes in the bathroom and we noticed an unpleasant smell for most of the time we were there.
