Very nicely decorated and cozy in the heart of Gdansk. No staff of site, but very friendly and helpful service via messenger. I've stayed here many times and will do so again, absolutely recommend!

If you have issues walking up steep stairs, this place might not be right for you. The hotel is from the first floor upward, and the stair flights are extremely steep and narrow. No problem for me, but others might find it hard to maneuver up the stairs with luggage. Otherwise, the water cooker was a bit dirty, apparently someone tried to cook something inside, the stains of uncertain origin remain and I didn't feel comfortable using it. But overall, a great experience as always.

Excellent location on a very pretty old town street with easy access to many attractions and public transport. Check in was done remotely and very easy, I was very thankful for my room being prepared early as requested. Everything was clean and neat, everything worked as intended.

A personal preference of mine is to have some sort of physical locking mechanism on the inside of the door just to feel safer, this room featured only a self-locking electronic door. This is not a major issue, just my personal preference. The bathroom was clean and everything worked but I was worried about slipping in the open shower as there was no anti-slip mat or anything to hold on to, which I found concerning with the shower being on a step up and without a door. Again, not a major issue but something that would have made me feel more secure.

1. The location is perfect, in the centre of the city and not far from a railway station or a bus stop to the airport. 2. The host sent us information how to get into the property using codes. This was very helpful especially taking into account the delay of our flight, thus we came to the site after midnight. 3. On our arrival, there were bottles with water as well as coffee and tea prepared for guests in the room. 4. Everything in the room is well kept. The bathroom equipment is in perfect condition as well as lighting. 5. The room was cleaned very well. By the way, it was spacious enough though the building was in fact a historical one. 6. Bed linen and towels were of good quality. The bed was also good and comfy. 7. There were free maps of the city of Gdansk and also some other information materials for guests.

The only thing we would propose for the host to improve is to supply a small piece of furniture to the room. I mean a chair or stool, or even better two of them because otherwise guests have to sit on their beds while drinking coffee or tea.

The location is great and convenient. In the centre of the city and 3 min. walking to the main tourist promenades but also a quiet room. The self-service format and communication were convenient. You get clear info on where the entrance is, how to unlock the doors etc. The room was clean, and welcoming. Facilities were basic but without anything negative to report. Also, the lockers for your luggage when already "checked out" are a great idea and useful when you would like to leave your stuff and have a walk around the city centre.

I liked all there, though important is that if you don't like stairs this is not a place where you can stay. This is unfortunately the result of the great location in the centre where you need to use the space on various floors as at the ground level there is not possible to stay due to some shops, restaurants etc.

The location is absolutely great and close to all the great spots like Neptune's Fontaine, Marian Basilica, and the beautiful Old Town itself. Staff was extremely responsive with all the information I needed. I also liked the checking in system and access to my room. Central Train Station is only 10 mins away by foot. A direct bus to the airport is literally a 4 min walk. My room was very good and I liked the bathroom. There's also tea/coffee facilitiy and a small fridge in the room which was handy.

I was disappointed with my room's location. It was very noisy outside throughout the night, Though I shut the windows, I could still hear people singing, talking extremely loudly, and making lots of disturbing noise up until 4-5am. I was getting to the airport in the morning, and frankly, I did not get much sleep at all. If the other suites are located in the quiet areas, I will likely stay there again.

The location was perfect especially for a solo female traveller - just popped out the door and the beautiful Gdansk was in front of you - restaurants, cafes, bars, street markets ........ ❤️

My only concern is that it provably wouldn't be suited to families with young kids as it can be that noisy at night - as a solo traveller that walked 20km everyday sighseeing, I slept fine 😂 other than that- no complaints at all...

The instruction before our arrival was easy to follow. Very easy to access the room with the code. Location was really good, very close to most tourist attractions. There are a lot of nice cafes, restaurants and grocery stores with just a few minutes of walk. The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfy.

We had a room next to the street, and there are restaurants on the ground floor, so some noise from the street until quite late. We tried to close the window and use the AC, but then some noise from the AC.

The place is right in the historical centre of Gdańsk. It was very clean. We had all the necessary sheets to make the bed for our daughter. It was quiet there. The place was quite small for 3 people and 3 big suitcases but we managed. The place was very cozy and we enjoyed it.

We had to carry our three big and heavy suitcases by very steep stairs to the third floor. There was no lift. The pillows were quite flat and there was no spare pillow in the wardrobe.

Excellent staff who offered great service and quick follow-up with any questions! Never saw any of them in person and the place was accessed with a door code, so it was a very efficient and private experience. Good to have aircondition in the room, the whole place was impeccably clean and bottles of water were provided in the room. Small fridge, water boiler, tea/coffee and even a wine opener (!). The location was perfect and there are plenty of eateries and a convenience store close by. Short walk to everything worth seeing around the Old Town.

Slight drawdown was that the curtains did not block out the light, the aircondition unit was a little unresponse (but with some manipulation with the remote control from close proximity it works fine), and worth being aware of is that the selection of 3 single beds or one double bed and a single, naturally means that the double bed will be two conjoined single beds (two beds, one sheet). The screws for the curtain holders easily fell out of the wall, so the place is not new by any means, but everything was clean and tidy. Hot water in the shower was unreliable (for top level room); The first evening the best I got was luke warm water and for the rest of the stay about 2 minutes of hot water before it would gradually turn cold.

The flat has the perfect location in the heart of the old town right next to the main pedestrian streets and the main tourist highlights. Furthermore the flat is perfectly equipped even including a kettle (incl. Water coffee Tea) a fridge and a SmartTV (incl. Netflix & YouTube). The room is super modern and gets cleaned on a daily basis. It also needs to be mentioned that I was able to check in 3hrs earlier (at 12:00), as I arrived earlier than expected. However, in general, six suits also offers lockers in case you wanna store your luggage.
