We liked the property. The ease of getting in was excellent. Lovely apartment & always a bonus to have a balcony.

There was quite a bit of hair in the sink. The bin hadn’t been emptied outside & was quite full. We put a new bi bag in but have to say we forgot to empty it too (although not much in it) & the bathroom one as well. Apologies for that. It didn’t interrupt our stay though

I loved this apartment it was right in the centre of town with a lovely cafe and restaurant at the doorstep. Just a few steps away was the main street with loads of bars and restaurants. First time as a solo traveller and I was a bit anxious about staying alone but I felt so safe. I wish I had been able to stay longer and will definitely use the apartment next time I visit.

This bit might sound negative but its for the owners information …,If they they don't know etc... We had to ask for (but got immediately) some plates & cutlery, perhaps as its listed as an apartment they should be there as standard, lots of outside space to to use them in ,(The glasses, cups, kettle & corkscrew were already supplied) A microwave may also be good! We like to enjoy the space we are in (there was a lot of it!) & eat there too. also some of the smaller rooms have a sink in the room, to wash the cups, glasses etc but this larger apartment had not, so ended up washing them in the basin in the bathroom.

The location of the hotel, the interior inside. There was a very good restaurant of Polish cuisine nearby.

The email had very poor explanation of how to get inside hotel. You need to change the explanation that the keypad is under the door handle, first person have to press any button and after the keypad starts to glow, enter the code. Other people also had the same problems with entering as me.

We booked two separate apartments, one with a terrace and one double room, both were exactly as the pictures showed. The apartment with a terrace has a view of the basilica…around 9am each morning you can hear the church music….absolutely beautiful.

Everything was perfect, if I had to be picky…the pillows on the bed were a bit flat and only had one spare between two people.

Convienient check in, nice room, clean, great location. Smooth communication with the reception.

A bit noisy from the street during the night when the window was open as the location is very central. It was pretty warm and the AC was broken, hence the need to open the window. Lack of shower gel and the shampoo but I guess that is the situation when you book the aptm just was not aware -possible that I didnt read the facility describtion thoroughly.

Good location, comfortable beds and clean apartment

No A/C so it was extremely hot during the night and very noisy from the street if you opened the window. The shower was almost not working - it had terrible water pressure barely dripping. We were woken up with our neighbors banging on the door at 3 am - they were drunk and out to party. No staff at the reception in the evening.

This place is location was very good in old town. New fresh apartment with everything you need. We could check earlier which was very good and the bed was very comfortble. The staff was very nice and helpful too.

I didn't like when the staff knocked on the door in 10 in the morning to collect money for a taxfee? C'mon we are here on a vacation and want to sleep late so collect the money after aleast after 12 or do it when people check in. Otherwise it was no problem with this place

Nice central location in the middle of old town. Stylish apartmenthotel. Quick communication and easy to get special wishes granted. Our room had a terrace, which was nice! Fridge in the room was a huge plus. Rooms were big enough. Keyless system worked greatly and was easy to use!

Showers had only 2 in one shampoo/showergel. Bed was a bit uncomfortable as in hard for my back. Pillows were not my favourites either.

location was extremelly cool. Room was clean and nice. kitchen and working space in apartment is good.

acces to building was tricky. we did not get any email with code to enter the building and room. people after us had the same issue and we had to call somebody to get a codes for doors. We arrived in the evening and it was pretty stresfull because we called at the number 4x to reach the guy on call.
