Perfect location at the bottom of the main street. Staff were really helpful, really cosy hotel.

Bar shut at 9pm, we would have preferred a little later.

A great location, from the point of view of getting around the city, and for the proximity of an abundance of excellent cafe's. Breakfast was good. The room was absolutely fine for a few nights. The reception staff were great, especially when I needed medical help, the girl on duty (sorry I forget her name), was really very kind and helpful. Thank you.

Noise outside the hotel in the locality may disturb some, but it's a City after all, so it's to be expected and the hotel cannot do anything more than provide ear-plugs, which they do by the way.

The location is very good, particularly if you want to ride the tram and walk to the water. The food available for dinner was very good.

The weather was warm and there was no AC. While there was a fan in the room, it did not do much to alleviate the heat. The safe was non-operable and the fridge did not function - however, a new fridge was brought in and we were able to store valuables in the front-desk area's safe. This was described as an "apartment" experience; however, that must be a term used in Poland to simply describe a hotel room.

The hotel is located right on one of the main streets running through Main Town Gdansk and our front facing second floor room did experience a bit of noise from "revellers" until the early hours of the morning. The hotel does provide earplugs, which suggests that this is a common issue. We found setting our air conditioning unit to blow all night drowned out the exterior sound

Lovely little hotel, right in the old town just inside the golden gate, so perfect for walking everywhere. Very welcoming, we were early but were able to leave bags with receception so we could go out for some lunch. We had a comfortable room on the 2nd floor with tea/coffee making facilities, shower cubicle and toiletries, and hanging space. It's good to have electric points next to the bed. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and reasonably priced. We chose to have it on both mornings. Would definitely book here again when visiting Gdańsk.

Nothing I didn't like at all, however it can be noisy at night due to location so we were grateful for a 2nd floor room. Not the hotels fault, and they do provide ear plugs in the room, but I have my own I use due to partners snoring!

A beautiful hotel located in the main street of old town Gdańsk. I had a warm welcome with a brief explanation about my stay, the facilities and about breakfast which was located in their restaurant area next door. The room itself was spacious, curtains really kept out the daylight and the bathroom was spotless. The view was right against the old building opposite of the hotel, as the side I was staying in was sided at the small alley the entrance of the building was located.

The doors on the hallway close rather loudly, awakening me quite often during the early morning.

Location of the hotel is amazing - in the heart of city centre, close to main train station. Hosts were very helpful and kind. When you closed windows, it was pretty quite (taking into account the location). I liked the fact that there was a kettle with tea and coffee in the room. Bathroom was spacious with all required equipment. It was clean and nice!

The room was pretty warm, despite that fact that heater was turned off. When you opened the window, it was pretty loud, but they turned down music and voices after 11pm, which worked for us. The rest is great!

The hotel location is great, right in the heart of old town. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The first room I was in was terrible but once I was moved the new room was perfect with a great view.

The first room was facing the back of the property. The description states courtyard but it is not. It is the back of a restaurant where they store trash cans, extra inventory and where the staff smokes. The room did not have AC and it was hard keep the windows open with the noise and smell of cigarettes. The hotel staff was very accommodating and moved us to a very nice room with AC and a beautiful view.
