Property is nice and clean. I rent from them for last 2 years. But management did change so current management forensics pick up the phone and ignore English. If you know some Ukrainian lucky you.

They did try to blackmail me. Twice. First time I tried to call them if I can leave 15 min later the check out. Yes. Then they send me a link to pay for late check out which is “valid for 1 hr” Second time I was maybe bit too nice as I left property which I paid at night so I said cleaning can visit anytime. It was 2 nights cleaning could have their party. Then I did receive email mix of bad polish and some Ukrainian that I left house in mess. Come on guys I rent from you for 2 years and it was fine till now. Again link which is valid for 1 hour. They didn’t contact booking they just tried to find an idiot

Great location.

The door frame was coming off. The design of the shower is terrible. It leaks water all over the floor. Beds are hard as a rock. Bathroom smelled bad when we got there and toilet smelled bad. After we left, I got a message from the owner that we need to pay 400 dollars because the cleaner told him we left a hole in one of the cupboards, which wasn't true.

The apartment is in a good location, walking distance to the heart of the old town. It’s a nice walk by the river. The self chek-in process is easy, there’s underground parking (at extra cost). Apartment itself is simple but functional, air conditioning was a big plus on hot days. Also nice indoor playground, kids really enjoyed it. Overall good apartment and despite minor problems we would stay there again.

Noting major really, but for 5 days we got 2 dishwasher tabs. There was not enough cutlery for all of us (traveled with 3 kids). Also we got a message that we need to pay city tax in cash, had to look for ATM and then when we got to the reception lady said we don’t need to pay. However when we left I got a message that we were actually supposed to pay. So some sort of miscommunication between the owners and building staff.

Polite staff, clean and beautiful apartment, new building. I would like more small dishes (frying pan and saucepan). And less noisy neighbors (too good audibility through the ventilation). TY. Would definitely go back again.

The first time it was not possible to get into the apartment, since to open the door you have to PRESS very HARD on the DOOR HANDLE (with all your weight). There was a damp smell when using the shower head. The microwave was making strange noises so I didn't use it. Sometimes noisy neighbors (Friday-Sunday).

I was satisfied with the property and apartment where we spent our time with the family. Our apartment was clean, equipped with kitchen, sufficient light & apartment was good heated during the time in February. I talked to polite personnel of the property and they provided me with additional tips. Convenient and silent location in the center of the city near the river. All groceries stores were not far away, around 5-10 minutes by foot. By the way, we have extended our stay in the apartment for 2 more days to enjoy our stay.

Location and service. It looks like bit away from downtown but it’s much better. You can walk to noisy area in 10 min approx. Sometimes reception forget to inform you they have 24/7 gym and amazing roof top terrace. Rent Planet keeps their standards which are hotel level of bed linens, towels, they did have coffee makers before but now they replace it with instant coffee. Don’t know why but you still gonna have couple of capsules for washer and dishwasher and you coffe tea pepper sugar. Which is essential sometimes to make your stay comfortable. Couple of min walk you have Zhabka and restaurant area. And you stay by the river. Fresh air and no noise of parties. I love it. PS. Yoga studio is at the corner

in general - good, we had everything, what we needed.

Damaged window to terrace, and nobody was trying to repair it for 6 days. Very noise washing machine, we couldn’t sleep while it was working. Very uncomfortable bed. No mesh on the windows, couldn’t open the window in the evening, because of lots of insects. We lived for 6 days, so we needed more than those who live 2-3 days. It will be more comfortable to have a cloth for the floor, that to keep apartment clean, and also some salt and sugar ( not more-100 grams). When you book apartment with kitchen it means that you will use it as a kitchen. If it is very expensive for you, you could just leave smth what people left when leaving your room. I left a lot, and needed to buy 1 kg salt just for few times cooking. I am sure, that your guests will be very appreciate for this.

Location is great, short walk along the river to some bars and restaurants 3mins. then continue to town 5 mins. Near museums, WW2 museum, 1 minute walk. Comfy bed, good shower. super clean. good aircon. we were just one couple and the apartment is fine for us. it is smaller than it appears from the photos. (standard apartment) . I would stay here again. Tip...When you put in the code for the apartment, push the handle hard. I thought my code wasn't working.the lady on reception advised me

internet kept dropping out. It would be useful to have a cloth to wipe the table etc. also a tea towel to dry dishes and a drainer of some sort.

Everything was totally great! The location, the apartment, the building with gym, lounge on the roof, yard and public kids room inside with toys and playground. We travelled with 4 years son and for us it was just brilliant! The apartment is very modern with cosy interior, clean and with everything you need for comfortable stay. And separate + I will give for the balcony, where you can seat with your coffee. And also the apartment is located in 2 minutes walk from the city centre and all sights. At night it is calm.

Nice apartment with all the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay. Support through whatsapp was efficient and fast. A couple of small shops to get some groceries are located nearby and work late at night (until 23/24)

Construction works nearby- a bit noisy and not a great view from the room. However, there was a warning about it in hotel information, windows are quite soundproof and you can enjoy the view from the rooftop, especially in the evenings. Breakfast seemed not to be really worth the price, however finding the food at your doorstep is convenient, especially for the first morning.
