Extremely large room, comfortable bed, everything was clean and furnished with taste. The rooms are quite quiet. Literally beneath the apartments, there is a food hall with a great variety of foods and drinks. We tried breakfast at one restaurant, and it was really good; we also had dinner at the Korean place, and it was great as well. The location is amazing, very close to the urban parts of Stocznia Gdańska. We parked the car right across from the entrance, which we paid for, but the price was reasonable.

Second time staying here this time the food court was opened, the loft style apartments are great for families with all modern conveniences, they are spacious, light and airy. Staff on reception are helpful and friendly providing coffe and toilet paper when required. The food court is wonderful with different cuisines from across the world at reasonable prices. Breakfast is available in the food court and was a great start to the day (the coffee is strong - definitely needed for long days exploring the city). Cant wait to return soon :)

Brilliant hotel, very modern fit out, excellent customer service.

I did not like the security guy stopping me every time I entered the hotel through the food court telling me I cannot bring a bottle of water or other groceries with me. I had to explain that I am staying in the hotel and I am not going to drink the water in the food court. This was somewhat surreal and very uncomfortable.

Spacious, spotlessly clean and well-equipped apartment in a beautifully converted building (a former U-boat parts factory in the grounds of the former Gdansk shipyard). Has a very high-end feel about it. Main railway, WW2 museum, Gdansk shipyard museum and the Old Town all within walking distance. Gdansk is an amazing place to visit! Really liked that guests have to agree to observing quiet hours between 22:00 and 06:00 - more hotels should do this. Too many hotel stays are spoiled by inconsiderate guests. Despite a real mix of couples, families, small groups and metal fans attending a music festival, never disturbed at night during our week-long stay.

The history of the building is very interesting and has been developed and designed especially well. Only a very short walk to the War Museum then and a little further to the old town riverside means for us it was ideally situated. Uber to old town under £2! Most helpful 24 reception. We were upgraded to a deluxe loft (301) and were happily accommodated with early check in (11:30) and late check out for £20 (17:00). Everything you could need for self catering, wonderful comfy large beds and sofa, smart TV. Rooms are serviced at request with small charge. The weather was great during our stay so we did appreciate controlling our own air con. The food hall downstairs offered an incredible choice of food and reasonably priced, but there are small supermarkets, a deli and bakery very near by too. We would highly recommend staying here as most relaxing and spacious. Marvellous soundproofing, peaceful even when live music events downstairs. Incredible value at just £549 for a week! Must mention the beautiful smell that’s maybe pumped through the ventilation.

Fantastic room, enough space to chill out in. The hotel is big and the childs play area was a bonus. Cool bunkbed if you want to sleep away from the partner! The food hall is just amazing, ate every night there, couldn't get enough and saved some arguments with the wife about what to eat! Live music in the evening sometimes.

Cot wasnt ready when we got into the room, but they quickly brought one up. Double bed was two singles together. Not a massive issue though. Food hall can get very busy at weekends, went early to get a good seat.

Fantastic room with comfortable beds, cool furniture, a well-equipped kitchenette and nice bathroom. A really cool building in a good location, just a short walk to the war museum and the old town. The food hall downstairs is great, loads of different cuisines at a good price. We found the staff very helpful, professional and friendly. We will definitely stay again.

The music from the food hall on Saturday night could be heard in our third floor apartment. It stopped at 11:00 so not unreasonable, but as we had to be up at 3:00 a.m. to catch a flight it was frustrating not being able to sleep.

My recent stay at Montownia lofts&experience was an absolute delight! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful grounds and the attentive staff. My loft was stunning, spacious with modern amenities and excellent furnishings. Attention to detail has been taken care of. One of the highlights of my stay was the beautiful design and pieces of art, which I could admire while relaxing in chill out zones. Perfectly designed lighting and the positive vibe were top notch! Staff went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met. I felt like truly valued guest. The closenest of historical shipyard and city of Gdańsk made it a truly memorable experience. Montownia is my new favourite place on the map of Tricity. I will definitely come back soon.
