Perfect location (close to the beach, bus stop, park with some attractions for kids, cafes), clean rooms, great breakfast. Indoor and outdoor facilities for kids. The family can be entertained in any weather.

We checked a few times, but steam rooms were never working. The space for kids entertainment is not very well organized. There was a conflict when the kids were watching a movie (evening cinema for children), and someone wanted to play table tennis at the same time (the table is in the same room!), so they just turned on the lights to play, and you could hardly see anything on the screen anymore.

The hotel should be 4 star, not 3 star! I did ask staff about this and apparently it’s due to the size/ layout of the car park. Everything else is outstanding. We stayed there with our toddler and there was so much to do. The indoor play area has lots more things in than on the website photos. The beach is on the doorstep, and there are several outdoor play areas just a little walk away. I was impressed that the restaurant had a lovely healthy meal of salmon, steamed veg and rice, as well as pasta, so that my little one could have a good meal instead of burger and chips. The staff were all great. The breakfast was delicious- a good variety of stuff. The spa and swimming pool were lovely too - several saunas and a steam room, and the pool has a huge shallow section perfect for a toddler. I’d recommend this hotel in a heartbeat- and hope to return one day too!

Literally the only gripe we had was not being allowed tap water with our meal in the restaurant on the last day. It was a bit confusing that if we’d brought the water jug from our room, we could have had it filled with water at the bar, but they wouldn’t give us a glass of water with our meal. Don’t let that put you off though- it’s the loveliest hotel I’ve been to as a family. Definitely 4 star standard!

Playroom for the kids, located close to the beach, perfect swimmingpool for the kids and a well equipped gym. Room was comfortable and great size for us. Resort style so you can easily stay here for 2-3 nights with kids and you'll have activities close by. Breakfast was great!

The restaurant is overpriced and do yourself a favor and steer away from that food, it was unfortunately very bad. Breakfast was great, the lunch was cooked by someone that lacked time, energy and love for food.

I highly recommend this hotel. Great location, well maintained. Restaurant in site. Clean. Walking distance to beach. Great place for a family stay. Delicious breakfast. Parking.

One morning we had a hard time finding a table for breakfast. There was some kind of convention. I felt like there should have been tables reserved for hotel guests and or other facilities open to the convention guests. Once they finished eating they stood around talking in the breakfast area and it was difficult to get through etc.

Very good location, and the hotel is very nice for kids, it has a pool, and playing grounds, even an xbox (which was busy all the time) Good coffee, good space.

There is not an evening bouffet The pool and dressing rooms have a strange setup where women have to go through the men lockers, causing some awkward situations. Regarding the breakfast: The salads and the dressings are next to the juice machine, making it a little crowded. There is just scrambled eggs, but no fried or boiled.

The location is great. Had a great view. We loved it.

The swimming pool was a bit busy with swimming classes taking place. I think it would be nice if there was a pool schedule in the room (so that guests can check if there are any classes, etc.).

This hotel most definitely exceeded my expectations! Rooms are quite big, very comfortable, with absolutely everything we needed and even some little gifts like locally produced tea and honey. Amazing sea view to the beach front, beautiful and romantic. The hotel is super quiet, but you hear just a little bit of seagulls "talk" and sea waves, which is super calming. Breakfast was absolutely excellent, both choice and quality. Overall service is 10/10, and our happiness is 11/10. I am hoping that we will come back again!

Kids loved the swimming pool, I enjoyed the spa area. 2 playrooms worked great for the kids as well. The staff was friendly and helpful, and gave us additional hour at the checkout.

There are no much vegetarian and vegan options, food is not marked as vegetarian and vegan. There were no lactose free options, only milk. But the pancakes contained milk and were paired with twarog. That was the most difficult part of the trip. I think the hotel should consider the people who have lactose or gluten intolerance, and offer them more options. But we were offered the food from the other restaurant.

Great location, very modern hotel including rooms, wide choice at breakfast, very nice and attentive staff, beautiful sandy beach about three minutes walk from the hotel. I also appreciate the many attractions for children - indoor play area, evening cinema for children, outdoor playground, just a unique place for a family holiday! And delicious dishes and cocktails in the Fish and Gin restaurant!

Maybe just improve the cleaning of the rooms a bit (we found glass shards from previous guests under the bed). Access to the pool is a little impractical, as is the fact that some of the hotel facilities can be used by non-hotel guests - the adjacent garden is also public, which slightly detracts from the overall impression if you're looking for privacy.
