Apartment was in good location. It was was nice and clean with all need equipments and fitting (towels, kitchin detergents etc). Building was quite.

There were no staff on place. Communication was not best. Sms with information how to get into apartment was in polish only and not very exact, it was a little problem to find appartment and keyes. They did not reserved parking place, even I have asked for it in reservation and again via booking.com messages. I think they did not read these messages from booking.com. Final information - parking must ne reserved ahead via sms - there is no such information on property description.

Location - just in the between Gdańsk and Sopot (quiet area, not much of crowds and hustle&bustle atmosphere), 150 meters from beach entrance and city park. Common area - big enough to make 4 people to feel comfortable, big couch, Terrace with a view on green garden, once the day us suuny, you can find there some shadow. Comfy beds and big, well designed bathrom. In the apartment you can find all you need: microwave, dishwasher, iron, wasching machine. Kitchen is fully equipped.

Staying in INA Rent exceeded our expectations. There was notning we didn't like!

Location and space

Location itself is good, close to the sea. But apartments are 50/50 - everything is good and pretty new and well done.

In general not really comfortable for day to day living (if stay for more than couple days).

The location - close to the beach. A grocery shop next door. Clean apartment and comfortable main bedroom for 2 people. Washing machine. Terrace in apartment no 6

In apartment no 6 (Monaco) the sofa bed was broken and it was a struggle to use it. We were 4 people and frankly, this apartment can only accommodate 2 with this broken sofa. A lot of small damage, chipped door, bathtub, kitchen. No salt and pepper. Scratched teflon frying pans - cannot be used. Terrace door - very difficult to use which was stressful to open as there was a warning that they will charge you if you break it. In the 2nd apartment (Ibiza): smelly bathroom, frying pans which do not work on induction. No hand soap, no salt and pepper etc. No contact from the management company during the stay even after the photos of the broken sofa were sent.

check in experience poor.info is not accurate on website. no reception only security guard. info on check in not received befoe leaving home. waited an hour before got into flat. fridge smelled bad. shower did not drain

There is no personal service available, but you can guess that the sticker on the TV means it is the WiFi password. I tried calling the contact number, but there was no answer, even though they were supposed to be available. I also sent an SMS to the same contact number, asking anything we need to discuss? Also, tried to send sms requesting them to open the parking gate as I was leaving, but still received no response. Luckily, a neighbor was kind enough to open it for me.

I booked the apartment for a weekend getaway with my mom and sister. We specifically asked if a late night check in is possible. Which was assured not to be a problem. When we arrived there was no key to check in into the apartment and also no staff on side to hand us the key (like it stated in the booking confirmation). Turns out there is no physical reception just a phone number that you can call if there are any problems (but not later than 11 pm). Since we didn’t reach anyone under the phone number and via E-Mail we had to check into another hotel (in the middle of the night). When we tried to reach the hotel the next day (with the help of booking.com) we still couldn’t reach anyone to help us with the check in. When we finally reached someone we were told that there is no key and that we were supposed to check in via code and a key safe. Unfortunately we never got those information. You should be aware of this and make sure to receive a SMS with those information. Be careful because the booking confirmation specifically states that there will be a key at reception. Due to all the drama I asked for a full refund and canceled my reservation after I was told that that wouldn’t be a problem and I would get my money back. Sill haven’t received my money back.
