Close to the sea, nice and clean room.

Extra charge for indoor swimming pool should be included in the price even if that means rooms would be slightly more expensive. My elderly mum, which I book the room for, had problem with collecting the room key, due to late arrival they spend one hour working out where from collect the key, night security officer didn't know where from get the key.

Very nice location, you can see the sea from your bed.

Very disappointed by the cleanliness. Called the emergency number as it was after 5pm when we checked in. Nobody answered and nobody called back. We went to the office next day. They apologised but didn’t offer to clean the place. Hopefully they will follow up with our feedback and this situation won’t happen again.

Such a beautiful apartment and so well outfitted. We loved the building it was in and we loved how close it was to the beach.

While the air conditioner in the main room worked fine, the air conditioner in the bedroom did not work.

The Appartment was clean at arrival and location was excellent

False advertisement the pool is not part of the booking. All derived have to be booked separately through the seaside hotel and are super expensive. O stayed 2 weeks there was no cleaning no fresh towels . To too it the garage key didn’t work and when trying to reach anyone for support it was never replied to. We has to manage a separate key with thw security. O would not stay there again

The arrival instructions were inadequate, as were the instructions on finding the room. Where to park the car, or even which entrance to use was totally unclear. The barrier near the sun and snow sign didn't open. We figured out through trial and error that the keycard obtained from the keysafe opened the neighbouring barrier, so we drove in and parked in the hotel car park. The hotel was set back from the road but had the same name as on the keycard, so we assumed that was OK. However on leaving the hotel - which actually turned out to be the building the "apartment", aka hotel room, was in - the hotel demanded an expensive additional car park free of almost 26 EUR although I had already paid Sun and snow für parking! The hotel told us there was an underground car park we should have parked in for the sun and snow parking space but never found a way into. So, although the key card had the hotel name on it and the room was physically in the hotel building, the car park was not for us! This was not obvious at all. We had to park somewhere and as the keycard opened the barrier to the hotel car park it seemed obvious that that was what we had paid in advance for! Exceedingly annoying. To add to the feeling of being ripped off, the price in booking.com's booking confirmation was about 770 PLN (177 EUR), but sun and snow booked 210 EUR from my credit card. Then, in order to check-in, we were forced to use a very irritating but mandatory online check-in. In it we had to pay additional charges of about 70 EUR, which was reserved on my credit card but has not yet been booked and presumably covered the 50 EUR deposit and car parking fee (which we were informed in advance was 80 PLN about 19 EUR). Additional we were charged a local tax of about 6 EUR (which was transparent and ok). When the original 220 EUR was booked from my credit card, I assumed the reason the payment was higher than the confirmed booking.
