The room we stayed in was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with all the amenities you'd expect. The hotel is located right next to the beach and is a little bit further down the promenade which is actually a positive as in the other direction it can get pretty noisy due to the entertainment/nightlife/restaurants. The breakfast was very good, with a huge variety/selection of food. The staff were very helpful and friendly during all of our interactions.

Like many things in kołobrzeg, the policy of the spa rules appeared to be catered for German culture/standards with signs/Instructions everywhere that you have to be naked in the sauna and steam room. To be honest as the sauna was pretty much empty during our stay, so we ignored this and wore bathing suits but still used a towel for cleanliness, which i think should be the compromise.

The food was very good, and there was a wide selection of different types of food for breakfast and dinner. The wellness was also good, specifically the sauna part.

The staff, particularly at the reception, was pretty cold and hard to communicate. The staff did not speak English. Just German or Polish. They do not speak Czech. The guest's feeling was not just there. The hotel was nearly empty. But they still gave us a room on the first floor facing a very closeby parking lot. We got no option during the booking to choose a seaside view, which was approx. 80% of the rooms in the hotel.

The bed room is clean and spacious. The kitchenette is although small, but its useful. The distance to the beach is very close. There are a lot of varieties for the breakfast, from bread, salad, some warm food, pancakes etc. The staff in receptionist is friendly and so nice that could speak German and English.

Some of the breads in breakfast is chewy and hard, as if its not fresh baked and its from yesterday. The staffs in sauna and pool receptionist area could not speak neither English nor German, so its a bit difficult to ask something. Since the hotel is a 4 stars hotel, we expect at least a little bit English.

First and foremost - dog friendly! Exceptional location, classy design, wonderful swimming pool, gym (Technogym equipment) and spa, as well as professional staff. Really a well-managed hotel, everything is well-thought.

Excellent breakfast, nice big and very clean room. The beach is very close...closer couldn't be :) Definitely we will come back..

The level of english of the staff. The food in a la cart menu wasn’t as good as it should be.

- rooms are great, big and clean - climbing walls in the Atrium - nice little SPA area - staff very friendly and always willing to help - all in all a very recommendable place with bits and pieces to improve

- food’s been ok, but wasn’t overly great compared to other hotels in the area (and pretty much the same everyday) - wouldn’t book the dinner buffet as this is sort of disappointing for the price- a la carte menu is the better choice here - bar in the Atrium ( lights, plastic chairs, nothing to do, 1 barman for the whole place, who’s in charge for tidying the tables too- poor guy is totally overstrained and on top has no idea of what he’s doing to be honest- very friendly and nice guy; maybe just needs some help ;-)

It’s a great location right next to sea side. Promenade is all done and nice.

- the location - very close to the beach - the people were kind - the swimming pool for kids is with warm water and toys - playroom for the kids (I didn't notice playground outside) - the breakfast is tasty - the rooms spacy and clean, also warm in the corridors - the bed is very comfortable

- It's about the restaurant - the French fries were not good, made in old oil. I didn't complain which may be was a mistake and it was for our kid the food :/ - the couch is not very comfortable for sleeping but it's common for most of them
