Location, small, but very nice pool & jacuzzi - almost deserted in the evening & early morning. VERY good food. View from the room (naturally, top floor would be even better :))

A bit noisy due to location at the promenade - but you know what you choose. The indifference of reception staff to my request to change dinner to the following day. My fault - did not think of this in requests section when booking, but called them right afterwards and was refused. Same answer when we arrived. With buffet dinner it really does not matter, just requires cooperation & desire to help...

Reception and restaurant staff very efficient. Rich choice of dishes both for breakfast and dinner - the only area to improve is coffee. I enjoyed beverages and drinks served in the very pleasant winter garden cafe. Comfortable beds, balcony equipped with portable sun-chairs - silence and tranquility in the spacious studio apartment facing the parking area. Spendid location - just by the park, promenade and the beach. Free entrance to the pier for Ikar's residents.

Location of the hotel is on the promenade along the beach. Food in the hotel is excellent. Plenty to choose from. Local dishes, sea food, fruits... half board is more than enough... Nice place, nothing spectacular...

Parking place only available with prior reservation, and usually there are no vacant places . Spa center is too small for hotel that size. ( 100+ rooms ) One jacuzzi (limited on 3 persons), small "swimming" pool (6 people is a crowd ), one sauna and one steam bath. For two days we did not manage to make an appointment for relax massage ( over booked ). Most of the staff don't speak English. No smoking area in whole hotel.

Excellent location few steps away from the beach and the pier. Friendly staff, very clean, sunny and bright rooms facing the city (do not fight for sea view rooms as there are high trees blocking all the view and facing north with no direct sun light. Bicycle rental next to the hotel, excellent cycling paths to the neighboring towns and villages along the coast with spectacular views. Good value for money!

Good breakfasts and not so good diners. They should focus on a good quality food rather than quantity. To big choice and unfortunately it looks like food from breakfast is used for diners and vice versa in a different form or shape. Other than that perfect stay and highly recommended:)
