Very friendly staff. They addressed my concerned right away. Good food. Very close to the beach.

A bit noisy location because property is located in the middle of the entertainment and main entrance to the beach and moll.

Very good location, close to the pier and promenade, walking distance from the train station.

This hotel is dedicated to older people and families. If you are single and travelling by yourself wouldn't recommend staying here.

Well located by the pier, beach, restaurants! It was nice and clean. Good breakfast and choice of spa facilities and treatments. We had a slight language barrier speaking only English and German but never the leas the staff were lovely and helpful. Would stay again for a seaside break

Perfect location!

Room big nice view on park and comfortable bed. Two towels one nice and big. Nice balcony to sit outside. Great location just next to pier.

No written information about how to get to dinning area. You had to go outside. No tea and coffee in the room but there were facilities to make hot drink. You had to queue for coffee up to 10 min and social distancing was non existing during breakfast. The staff did not help during breakfast in coordination to ease congestion. No soap in bathroom.

the food was terrible breakfast not for any diet only cook eggs with maj ones bad bread yellow cheese and toxic ham the coffe machines wher all the time broken that offer me first bad smelling room at old parts

The room was the size of a closet ,no place to put even the suitcase . We had to change the hotel!!!! and we had to pay extra for that, We stayed only two nights at that terrible noisy and small room. never again.
