breakfast is really great, the swimming pool is nice for kids, saunas are great too. nice bowling - it was fun. location - 10 min from the railway station, 5 min to the beach. elevator - no need to use stairs

you cannot pay by card in the restauracja - only cash or pay at the checkout. sometimes you can hear trains in the morning if you leave the window open. some doors in the room are old and it may be difficult to close them.

Excellent location, close to everything. We had a very spacious room, and the beds were comfy. The pool area is great, with nice views to the greenery.

No AC: not sure if they install something portable in summer, but it's hard to imagine staying there on hot days without any AC or at least a fan. Also not a lot of vegan-friendly breakfast options.

Everything was perfect from the rooms,the food(especially the breakfast).

The staff did not speak english they only spoke german and polish so it was a little struggle to understand each other but apart from that they were really nice and professional. Secondly the WiFi, the WiFi was really bad and on top of that I couldn’t use my personal internet Data because the reception is poor in the area where the hotel is

Loved the staff, the service, the large hotel rooms and the food as well as the spa area and treatments!

The only thing would be to please remodel the lobby seating area - it’s very dated and let’s down the rest of this amazing hotel.

The pool was well temperatured and nice. Enough space for relaxing. The rooms were big and comfy. The staff was VERY helpful and friendly.

We missed sweet things such as muffins or other sweet bakery stuff for breakfast. But the rest was nice.

The location was perfect near the beach and centrum, the breakfast was good also we liked the stay 😊

The only thing we didn't like is the sound of train all day near by

No tea and coffee in the room (the kettle is there), no bathrobes. They speak only German and Polish at the reception, no English. But it is the same in the whole Kolobrzeg, not specific for the hotel.

Beds should be more comfortable. The requirement for a swimming cap discourages people from using the free swimming pool.

Good location. Great breakfast buffet. Close to beach and town. Great pool/sauna/jacuzzi facilities. Good sized room

Wi Fi was very poor. The internet was slow, and patchy. some times of day it was useless.
