Room was clean and comfortable. Location is excellent and views spectacular. Staff was helpful and friendly.

The wellness area bathroom was stinking. Appointments for services were difficult to get although the rooms were empty. Checkout time was 10 am, too early for the price.

Very old place with old rooms and bad smell . Food very poor will never go again

Place is situated amazingly – just on the edge of Promenade with a North side facing 40+ y.o. park and then sandy beaches. Rooms are facing other a city or park/sea (depending on a which floor you’re you can see a sea). I chose a “full board” – and it was a great decision – breakfast and suppers are served as buffet, lunch is a seat menu (including soup, main dish and some baked stuff with a drink). Needed to mention that coffee machines will work only for breakfast. Sanatorium have a wifi (you need to ask on the reception for login details). 20 m long (1.3 m depth) salt water pool with two jacuzzis and both steam and infra-red saunas are big bonuses. Pinnacle of a place is a cafeteria on the roof designed as veranda and indoor area, thought, the coffee portions are rather small and overpriced, the cakes are beyond expectation – yummy and fresh.

There some peculiarities about the Place: 1. all info signs are in Polish (obviously) and German (!!!), no English (only in the room’s binder); 2. there are “unspoken” rules, i.e. to visit swimming pool (which is included for all paid guests) you need to came down and register yourself in the morning at the pool area for a certain time, but this info is only available in Polish and on the doors of the swimming pool! (I got myself in troubles not knowing that and facing a pool lady telling me off); 3. same goes with a mezz restaurant – first you need to find a diner lady who will assign you for a table and will explain your schedule for food. 4. If you want to undergo some additional treatment for money - for example, buy inhalations (and your stay is for the weekend) - you can forget about it! If you decide to stay here, be prepared that this is not a hotel - you will encounter a LOT of elderly people who are here by the welfare security programme and unruly children (who are there with grandparents or parents) - so the buffet times are more like an advertisement of contraception.

Locatoin and so nice Staff

The price was lower for my room in Perła Bałtyku than I paid and included 2 treatments per day- my Friend paid less for the same stay - 1000 zł. It was not possible with booking.com reservation to modify my reservation and to add my Fiend to my room and to modify the price and the conditions. So, together we paid more for 2 separate rooms leaving in 1 room. I won't do any more reservation with booking.com due to this issue. You don't have tel nr on Web site and no quick contact with you is possible. Otherwise, after the reservation I did I gave you my tel nr. and suddendly started receiviving so mamy spam calls every day that it's impossible till now to end this embarassing situation. So, I trusted you making reservation with your Web site and no directly calling on Hotel and now I'm very upsed.
