The size of apartments. Cleanliness is perfect in the whole hotel. Very close to the beach, train station. We had 2 rooms, one with very bright lightning in the bathroom but another room with very poor lighting and a dark bathroom. Very tasty, traditional polish breakfast and dinner with variety of food, fruits and deserts. Fantastic life guard in the swimming pool.

Old-fashioned look of rooms. Poor choice of alcoholic drinks in all inclusive option. Poor and old-fashioned options in SPA. Most of reception, lobby bar and restaurant stuff don't know what a smile and small talk are and almost always our family had a feeling that we're unwelcome guests there in this hotel and specially in the restaurant. Poor quality of pillows, soap. Dog's smell in the room. Poor lighting in one of the living rooms.

one of the best hotel we stay in kolobrzeg, staff was very friendly and also many can speak english so it was easy for us to comunicate. Mariia and Michal from bar top class service. love to stay in this hotel again . took 2 session of massage, Angela ( not sure about name ) im bad with names, sorry for that , was professional therapist if anyone stay that hotel please i recommand her. there was 2 ladies in serving area one with short hair and one other one. i forgot the names, they take care of everything everytime we was at resturant, felt like home. hope so see you all guys soon or next year. thanks chef for the indian dish you made for us.

Overall great resort, very new, modern and clean. Photos represent it by 100% and you can find a lot of 360 photos on google maps. Works great for families with children and with pets. All amenities were in perfect condition - great spa, beautiful pool (only 120cm deep, but it was big enough - given that it was end of season so not a lot of people). Reach and tasty breakfast. Pool has adults-only hours in the evening, spa is for adults only all the time. Playroom for children is OK but don't expect too much. Beautiful beach close to the hotel.

Parking spaces are limited, make sure to book in advance. Garage parking could be tight for long vehicles. Pool and spa would probably be overcrowded during high season, especially during bad weather. It's also very noisy near the pool. Room is great, but additional sofa is not very convenient. We've noticed spoiled products (leftovers from previous days) were used in some salads, so be aware. But other food was great.

Lovely, clean, spacious bedroom and bathroom, good shower, tasty breakfast, and a very pleasant pool & sauna included in the price! I slept well here and also enjoyed some treatments. The location is very convenient for the beach, local park, and the train station. Staff I interacted with were always nice.

My room was facing a street and I could hear the noise of passing cars. A la carte pizza at the hotel restaurant was disappointing, not quite done.

Great modern very clean hotel, very good breakfast. Nice swimming pool and saunas. Kids liked the indoor playground and ping pong. Very comfortable beds. Small refrigerate in the room.

One life guard was very strict and did not let kids to play with the ball in the swimming pool. Expensive parking. There was music in the sauna which was very nice but one and the same song was played for two days ;)

Great staff, very good buffet for breakfast and dinner. Overall had a great time and the sauna was very cool too! Not too many kids visit in the school times so we had a very quiet time.

Nothing to complain, we even extended our stay! The dinner buffet was a little early but I suppose its easier for staff and cooks with coordination

Factory Resort surpassed our expectations. It is a new and comfortable hotel not far from touristic spots and the beach. Paid parking was possible in the streets next to the hotel. Bed, shower and towels all very good.The breakfast was the best during our travels in Poland. Really worth the money.

Was good. just a few tips as you are a new hotel. silly metal bar across top of shower to hold vertical glass up is towards the middle. not closer to the door. so if you are over two metres tall it is in your way when showering toilet seats are cheap plastic. not the nicest feeling. a bit of construction in area of yours and neighbor hotels. unavoidable. seems they are always ongoing with construction in this part of town. but they didn't start till after 8am. so was OK. pillows. need more pillows. Was a under pillowed
