Very delicious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. There is a place to make a tea during a day. The hotel itself is so cozy, the lobby and the territory are beautifully decorated. The location is also pretty convenient, easy to get to the beach, the railway station (you can really hear trains from a room though), restaurants and the old town.

The hotel is split into standard and deluxe part, the standard doesn’t have an elevator, so if you have a room on the highest floor it can be a problem. Also rooms on the third floor have smaller windows, so there is not enough fresh air, and our bathroom was a bit smelly.

The location is just perfect, between the city centre and the beach. The breakfast was very good with a great selection of food and drinks. The staff was very friendly and attentive. I liked that the Villa disposes of a sauna (you need to book an entrance to it in advance).

The room rate was too high according to me but apparently these are the prices on the Polish seaside.

Convenient location, close to the beach and promenade. Breakfast is indeed very nice! And the hotel staff is very friendly. The hotel looks nice, is clean and nicely decorated. The afternoon soup (in wintertime) is a lovely idea.

The matrasses in our room... didn't have the same height and were not very comfortable!! And it is a bit invonvenient that the tourist tax could only be paid in cash.

I liked that there was a sauna and steam room that's included in the price. The breakfast and soup were also very good. The salon and terrace on the second floor was lovely. Everyone was helpful and accommodating.

The fridge was too small. For a wellness center, there was no pool or gym.

Room was very spacious with nice balcony and hotel in a perfect location, the breakfast was great and the outside area was very relaxing with the fountain and chairs. Very close walk to everything to enjoy the place without having to go far from the hotel.

The room had no air conditioning, but slept comfortably withe the windows open..parking was tough to find a spot on the street..but managed to slip in a spot. Wish there was coffee and hot water maker in the room..that was surprisingly absent.

I loved breakfast. It was truly delicious. The staff at the hotel were very friendly, particularly ladies in the breakfast room, as well as the lovely gentleman, making fresh waffles daily. The hotel itself was very neat.

Very disappointing they couldn't keep our bicycles somewhere inside. In Kołobrzeg and around there are famous and wonderful bike routes, as well as thousands of tourists moving around with bicycle, and there is no justification for not finding a small room or even a box for that. At the arrival the guy at reception was professional but rather hasty: no welcome, no explanation for any facility of the hotel (massages, spa, ...). Only breakfast timing and here is the key.

The breakfast is great and the personnel is very sweet.

Our room had windows facing the street and there was a cold air blowing in your head when you lie in bed with your head near the window. So, I needed to sleep feet-to-the-window not to get sick.

Very good location, nice decor and what most important it was really clean. Nice touch about the afternoon soup available within the price (which I didn’t eat as I was going out, but still appreciate the option). Breakfast was quite nice as well.
