The hotel can be reached with a 15min walk from the main train station. It is located just near the main promenade which offers all the experience of a touristic place. The beach is located 200m walk from the hotel. My room was super spacious and clean, included a sofa and 2 TVs (one in the "living room" area and the other one in the bedroom. Breakfasts were amazing with variety of food (I wish there was an option of lunch with such an open bar!). Spa included sauna, jacuzzi and a swimming pool with pleasant hot water - it is an amazing place where you can relax regardless of what the weather is outside. Spa area has lockers, bathrooms, showers so you can go there in a bathrobe and guard your things there plus get towels later on.

In contrast to the room, the bathroom looked old - especially the shower cabin which was ca. 1.80m high while I am almost 1.90m tall. The gym is located 1 floor above the pool, with a glass wall so while you work out you can actually look at people swimming (well I found this option bit embarrassing, but that's just me). In my room one of the light switches did not work which is a minor shortcoming for a 4star hotel (but still). Bathrobes were not changed on everyday cleaning & towels change.

For a normal traveler, it meet, even somewhat exceeded our expectetions.

For traveler with a dog, we did not understand what the almost 30 Euro per day should cover. Plus signing liability statement. For breakfast we had to seat at unprepared tables at the bar, thought there are enough tables even better separated from the buffet area. This was a downer. Direct neighbors on 2 sides rather shabby, but it was not critical for us.

Really nice, comfortable and clean hotel. Breakfast and dinner were really tasty and well made. Playroom for the kids was super nice, they enjoyed it a lot. Pool are was also great and not overcrowded during our stay (beginning of March). Beach is the walking distance away.

At this moment (March 2023) there are roadworks happening on streets which are surrounding the hotel and it's a bit tricky to get to the hotel by car (not even Google Maps were super smart to figure out how to properly navigate to the parking entrance). And stuff at the hotel seems to be mostly speaking Polish (obviously) and German. Didn't manage to stumble upon English speakers or those who were willing to speak English.

A'la carte restaurant was closed outside the main season. We don't eat a lot so the available buffet option was too expensive.

Fantastic breakfast. The room has all amenities. Comfortable and large bed. The room had blackout curtains that are necessary when traveling with small children. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has a pool and SPA, (we didn't know that when we booked). The hotel also has a playroom where our child played a lot.

Nice rooms, great food, staff surprised us with an anniversary present ( we had a marriage anniversary)

Full stay (booking, checking in, checking out) was smooth. I left some items in my room and staff were very helpful in finding & return it.

Official phone line never picks up. Email queries resolved much quicker.

Location, facilities, pool, breakfast were all great

The front desk staff was absolutely horrid. Bad arrival and checkin, and extremely rude at every other interaction.

The room was very big, and clea. 3min walk to the sea side. Amazing breakfast.

The air conditioning on the corridor was very loud, we could hear it 24h in our room. Our room was located next to the swimming pool, we could hear noise all the time.
