I was pampered, and I felt important as a customer. Every detail was carefully selected to satisfy every guest. Breakfast was excellent, too. Thank you for letting me check in after 10 pm. Perfect communication with staff, very understanding Lady- Director of this place, who cares about customers and employed the best friendly staff.

I didn't like my decision to stay in 3L Apartments instead of Hanseatic Hotel. Unfortunately, very unusually I couldn't cancel my booking, because 3L Apartments have no option to cancel. Not comparable standards. We would have a much better stay in Hanseatic Hotel.

Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Easy walk to many attractions and parking. Quiet late at night.

No A/C and the location is a bit noisy to keep the window open. It’s on one of the busiest corners in the tourist district, with excursion ships blaring music outside. Also no WiFi or mini fridge. My room was “ocean view” but I couldn’t quite see the water.

It was our second visit to this hotel, after a first time right at the end of the strictest restrictions due to Covid, so we were already quite aware of what to expect, and once again the hotel did not disappoint. The check-in process was fast and very easy, the room very warm and welcoming. This time we could also take full advantage of the continental breakfast (when we stayed here in 2020 there were still some restrictions, unfortunately), which was abundant, high quality and full of options. The position is absolutely perfect to get the best of both worlds in Kolobrzeg - a pleasant walk from the center (that takes app.ly 20 minutes) and right next to the lighthouse and the promenade. 10/10, I will definitely come back once again to this hotel.

Just a suggestion because I'm not much of a tea person: since there's a kettle in the room, it would be nice to have instant coffee aside of teas (but if tea is, well, your cup of tea, the variety available will definitely be more than satisfactory).

Amazing location with view of lighthouse; customer service people are really helpful and friendly; food as breakfast tasty and delicious; comfortable bed; cleans and spacious room.

No Wi-Fi; air con in room; sometimes water pressure gone down - but can be manageable.

The room was clean with a beautiful view of the sea. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. She knew a little English, which made our arrangements easier. The staff was very helpful. We were pleased that they prepared food packages for us on the day of departure because we had missed the paid breakfast due to an early train departure.

One thing, but this was not the hotel faul. The hotel room was oriented to square and there was cultural festival with very loud music...all days long(3 days)

There was no wifi :( and Plus internet in Kolobrzeg is poor in this place

Relaxing atmosphere and adult's only zone, the downstairs restaurant with the massive glass windows , the view from the room Good buffet style breakfast, very nice bathrooms complimentary soaps
