The hotel is let down by very poor lighting in the rooms and restaurant, also other places.Reading can be difficult, even reading the restaurant menu can be a problem at some tables.Rooms poorly lit, spotlight is not enough. The general darkness may be in keeping with the ambience of the building but is not comfortable for residents. No decaffeinated coffee in rooms or restaurant ( it was available in the bar)

The hotel is located in an old castle. It was perfectly converted into a functional hotel without losing the charm and character of the castle. The room was large and functional. Breakfast was excellent: the choice was exceptionally wide and everything was of high quality. Right next door is another castle, a museum, which is definitely worth a visit.

Very luxurious place the restaurant is very fancy and the prices are good so you can just enjoy the castle and stay there using the spa the massage the pool and walking around to the church and the castle

The breakfast was amazing! You have a big breakfast buffet, everyone finds something to eat! :) The room was great, I like the design which look like a castle. Everything was very clean. It was very quiet in the room. We had a great view from the room.

The service at the bar was not very nice to us. We didn't feel well treated. I got the feeling that they didn't want to work. We waited twenty minutes at the bar for someone to serve us. When the service was there we were treated rudely. Sorry but for two cocktails at 9pm one hour before the end it should be possible to order a cocktail without bad mood of the service. Never had a bad service like that!!!!!

The restaurant was excellent as was breakfast. The ambience of the castle and the tower library was special. The special history of the castle makes it a special visit

Good place for exploring nearby locations. Inside hotel lot of old masonry fragments. Only couple hours, of four days, in SPA was too many visitors in basin.

Along with nice view trough the windw, you hear loud working ventilation.

Breakfast was not as good as expected from a 4 star hotel. It was lacking variety

Really wonderful experience. Friendly staff, excellent food in restaurant. Beautiful room and bathroom. We also loved the spa area. Took advantage of the pool and very much enjoyed it.

Really there was nothing wrong with our stay. We enjoyed it thoroughly. It was a great value.

Beautiful and comfortable place to stay, clean room. The swimming pool is wonderful. No problem with communication in English.

Hotel in the old castle is something special. Excellent restaurant with friendly service. Good breakfast.

Spa is bit worn out. Sauna needs new interior. Overall not bad.
