Location: Close to public transport and has a decently sized parking lot. ~10 min walk from major tourist attractions. Room: Rather spacious for one person and I'd imagine it'd be enough for two. Cleanliness: You can request daily room service, very dedicated staff that's always there to help. Minibar: Woda gazowana and woda niegazowana are included and will be supplied through room service. Decorations are fine and gives off a cosy feeling

The power outlets can be a bit far from the bed if you prefer charging phones beside your bed The heater in the shower room is a bit old and you might need to click on the time-limited switch a few time to heat up the air. But it's safer, so I'm okay with it ;)

We enjoyed everything! Good location, well laid-out and clean hotel with helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble, we asked for extra pillows late in the evening and they were delivered to us immediately - we’re incredibly grateful. The breakfast was great, plenty of variety and the breakfast room is bright and welcoming. Our room was basic, but clean and had everything we needed. Clean bathroom, good shower - overall a great stay.

well this is a very cute hotel with young spirit. A lot of youth groups are staying here regularly and it got a very nice and welcoming atmosphere. The room was modern and nice, the bed was fine for a good and long sleep and the stuff seems very helpful. The breakfast was normal in the standards of this country which means high above then anything you can find in Belgium.

The location was very good, old town near by for shopping and convenient stores. A good park near by for relaxing and walk.

If fast food facility for late night eaters could add one more positive point.

Very good location (just 200 m from the freeway and 5 minutes walk to the historical downtown). The room was nice, clean and quiet. There was very good breakfast. The hotel parking was monitored and secure against special hotel rate. I would come again!

The 24/7 bar is a great feature! We used it often. Rooms were clean, and the cleaning staff was superb, friendly, and helpful. We received anything we asked for quickly. The beds were comfortable and temperature was great. Walk in shower was very nice and a pleasure to use. Morning staff was also extremely helpful for breakfast coffee (or drinks if you're on holiday). All around all staff was very nice except 1 person outlined in the didn't like section. We would recommend staying here.

Not all the staff is aware of all the amenities. One Saturday evening host was not familiar with the bar policy. May need re-training. Location was a bit out of the way, but at the price it is worth the walk.

Good location, not too far from the main square and was very clean. All hotel staff were very nice and friendly.

This is a very small point but I prefer 2 pillows on the bed but there was only 1, again this is not a huge issue I probably could have asked for another.

Very neat and clean as well as peaceful. I liked the staff, so welcoming Paulina at the reception, and another lady l could not get her name who was on night shift on Saturday at reception and a lady cleaning called Lydia, so jovial. A place to be again on my next trip.

It’s clean room and nice breakfast

we found a paper clip (or possibly a needle) on the bed, which might have been left by accident. Also, it’s a bit noisy at night due to the cars passing by on the road.

Comfortable bed, pillows. Clean sheets. kittle, coffee and tea in the room. Room size. Enough furniture.

Noise coming from the street. The shower is too narrow and water gets all over the floor after showering. Parking at the hotel is too expensive.
