Perfect location right in Old Town yet still very quiet at night. It was a little confusing entering the hotel because it's connected to a restaurant and there are two doors to enter and inside there are three different ways to get in. Staff at the front desk were overall helpful though some were more reserved, while others were very friendly. My small single room was a bit dark but very comfortable and had a nice bathroom. The bed was fantastic and had reading lights over the comfortable bed. The included breakfast had quite a good selection. A few mornings I had to wait for someone to show up at the coffee station in order to get a cappuccino. The price for my stay was very reasonable.

My husband and I along with a large group of friends stayed 3 nights here in total (broken up by 1nt away at a party venue). Staff were very accommodating, allowing early check in and bag storage. Rooms are very spacious and well sound proofed, noting location on popular Square where music events are frequently held and there are busy restaurants with terraces. Our superior rooms had beautiful views over the Square to Trinity Tower. Minibar in room with good value items and bottled water is provided along with kettle and tea/coffee (ask for milk if needed). Good quiet aircon. Big bathroom with good shower. Surprisingly modern decor for an old building. Incredibly good value compared to western Europe (c£60 per night inc breakfast per superior room).

Personally we found the beds a little too firm (and we had 2 different rooms given our split stay) but we didn't hear others in our group have issues. There was a nice looking hot and cold breakfast buffet and eggs could be ordered (scrambled were good) but we felt it lacked bread/pastry options - there was only a dense rye bread when we were there plus some onion rolls.

Great location in Old Town on main street. Large room with great view! Decent breakfast buffet with lots of variety. Housekeeping staff were very accommodating.

Dining room was not sufficiently clean. During my 6 meals, I rarely observed tables being wiped down or disinfected, which left them sticky & with food debris from previous diners.

The breakfast was excellent, with a great choice of different things. Everybody can find what he/she likes. The location in the heart of the Old Town is the best one can imagine. The private parking is a great bonus. The room is big, the bathroom also, and so clean and well equipped. The staff is very nice and helpful, and smiling.

Pretty Much Everything - excellent experience! Superb Breakfast Included - eggs cooked to order, best Polish Sausages (mmmmm) plus bacon and such an assortment of goodies (including Twarog - the unbeatable Polish quark). BUT best of all - the bread and pastries are home baked, before your eyes! That is correct. Often still warm from the oven when served. OMG, where do you get that these days. Plus a Polish Hipster vibe in the decor. Which of course means, flat white caffine as it should be. That's often a truly hard thing to get on your travels. And, its a buffet - so dive in again, as you have breakfast as part of your rate. Breakfast at this place is sen-sat-ional! A truly great thing - service with a smile here! Both at the restaurant and at reception. The hotel room is a modern fit out of a character building using those wonderful features that come with a "European Old" building. The rennovation worked really well in our opinion. Our room was deliciously warm in a very cold part of this winter. The room was a generous size, practically designed, as well as being very nicely decked out interior design wise - including good lighting (none of that "mood lighting" that leaves you in semi-darkness). The room had glorious uninterrupted outlooks onto Lublin's authenic Stare Miasto (Old Town) in the snow, all dressed up for Christmas - so pretty! That's right - location location - the hotel is smack bang in the centre of the Old Town. A great sized modern bathroom, with the shower floor surfaces non-slip, and with generously supplied warm water. Both those were really appreciated - we haven't always found that in our travels in the northern hemisphere this end of the year post lockdowns. Our room was a welcome haven. Our Polish Family checked out the hotel room and the hotel restaurant, and gave this Hotel a big thumbs up. Nice that both us and Lublin locals liked it equally very well. We will be back!

Hotel Room TV - the Polish State TV channels only, all Polish language. Okski for me, but my husband only speaks English, and would have loved to see and hear the odd snatch of football world cup and News in English. The Hotel has two names - we had a bit of a search to find the Trybunalska. We did after a bit of confusion :)

Great place to stay right in the centre of the old town on the Rynek Gwówny. Interesting conversion of old building in urban industrial style. Good breakfast. Cheap 24 hour car park 10 minutes walk away at targ pod zamkiem.

Slowest coffee machine ever in the breakfast room.

A perfect location on the rynek. We didn't pay extra for the rynek view but although we were overlooking the back yard we really appreciated the peace and quiet. Our son had a budget single room which didn't have a window. The welcome was friendly, check out very quick and easy and the rooms were perfect for us. The breakfast was great and the girl on duty getting coffees and warm meals was helpful and pleasant. All in all, a great place to stay to enjoy Lublin's old town.

The bathroom had a sliding door which didn't fasten or lock. I prefer a normal door and complete privacy! A very minor thing was that there were tea bags with the kettle but no coffee.

Spacious room with windows right on the main square of the old town. Breakfast was a huge buffet with plenty of choice and they would make coffee upon request. Amazing location, modern style, high quality furnishings, fair price.

In the room there was only tea and no coffee. We asked if there was any (even instant) and were told they did not provide it... although it was written in the room details. For a superior room you would expect them to supply it. I ordered Espresso at breakfast but after 25 minutes waiting I gave up... staff was clearly busy serving external customers. Obviously my coffee was not a priority for them...

The room was very specious and cosy. There was a double walk-in shower and a bath, which was great. The weather outside was getting very cold but the room was nice and warm! I had a great view onto the main square. Best location in town.

Hotel right in the heart of the old town. Very nice, clean and comfortable rooms. It was very quiet as well. Fantastic helpful staff! The breakfast buffet was quite varied and very good. Something to be aware of: it seems this is two hotels in one and only the pub that comes with it is labeled as Trybunalska. It can be a bit confusing at first.

Wifi can be a bit spotty and slow. This is nothing major but my bed sheet wasn't big enough for the mattress and left a bit of it exposed, which is a bit strange for a hotel of this quality.
