Location is very central, in the heart of old town. Almost all points of interest are reachable by foot. Many restaurants and small food supermarket are nearby. Tasteful breakfast.

Difficult, if not impossible, to reach by car. Hotel advertises that they have parking lot, however it was fully booked during our stay and keep in mind that we came by 1 car and occupied 2 rooms. There are some parking places outside of the old town, but most of them are paid.

Great location at the main thoroughfare of the Old Town over very nice Irish Pub „u Szewca”. Very good breakfasts with good choice. Friendly staff. Walking distance from all key monuments, including the castle. Plenty restaurants and bars around.

I had to change my room as the dorst one unfortuantely stinked mould and dampness but o was immediately upgraded for free to another room. I was in that hotel 2 years before and it seems it got a little sloppy since then.

In the centre of the Old Town. The owners have obviously invested time and money in creating a modern hotel with excellent facilities in the heart of the Old district. The breakfast could not be faulted it was excellent.

This is not a fault of the hotel as it is probably the same for all hotels in this district where they ban taxis from entering. So if you have heavy suitcases then my advice is to ascertain the exact location of your hotel and make certain you get your taxi to drop you at the nearest entrance point to it as the streets are cobbled making the dragging of your suitcases hard work.

Location and room design are nice. Great breakfast

The hotel parking is located in backyard and the first you see is an awful garbage area. Hope this will change once the renovation of area has been finished. The beds were not comfortable. Strange that the hotel of such class doesn't offer a tower for feet.

The location is excellent. The hotel is just across the road from the bus station and it's in the very centre of the old town. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good with a good choice of hot and cold dishes, the breakfast room was cosy. The reception staff was very nice.

The room was fantastic: huge , modern and clean. The position was eccellent.

I was unhapoy about the gluten free breakfast. My son is ten and he usually has something sweet. The only sweet option was bread with nutella or jam. I would add packed muffins or croissants and ceral.

Excellent location in the middle of the old town. Lublin is a great place to visit for a couple of days. Easy to navigate around and plenty to see and do. We were given a very large room. Very clean and comfortable

Fantastic location, right in the heart of the Old Town of Lublin. Comfortable room and bathroom with everything one needs and working efficiently. Shared facilities, inc. breakfast, with the Irish Pub next door.

Modern small hotel, cosy room, perfect location, very good breakfast

We had a room on the upper floor with a window facing the inner yard, and everything would have been perfect if not for the open bar in the yard. The loud music and people continued late into the night, and even closing the window didn’t help

Great location, the place had everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Lovely breakfast.

I imagine in season it may be a bit loud as the hotel is next to a pub and they even share a hall, but this didn’t bother us as it was a quiet season.
