The room was nice and clean, and the staff was very friendly :) The kids room is quite big with a lot of stuff to do. We loved the water dispensers on the corridors! The swings and the hammocks outside are so cozy :)

We had an issue with the AC in our room, and because of it it was 26 C degrees there, which was definitely too much. We informed the reception and the issue was partly solved, the AC started working, but only for 5 minutes at the time, then it turned off by itself. We didn't go back to the reception because we weren't that much in the room anyways, so we just dealt with it :)

A rare case where a hotel gives much more than one would expect from an overnight stay on a routine business trip. Ample car parking, friendly staff, great rooms, personal balcony, excellent restaurant, ample choice of food for breakfast and much more. The price of the stay includes access to the sauna and I really regret that I didn't know this and didn't have time to use the sauna.

Thumbelina's toilet (laugh) I also forgot my toothbrush at this hotel, and omen says I'll be back again (with pleasure)! (wink)

Great price and great value. You get a lot for the money. Breakfast is okay, not the best, but very good for the price. Very kind and helpful staff. Felt clean and the room was nice. Our child is a bit too small still, but they had a fun playroom for children in the basement.

The breakfast room feels a little bit old. The pillows were extremely thick so I couldn't sleep comfortably.

Very modern facilities. Excellent food. Although sometimes there was language barrier the staff were always very polite and forever smiling.

On booking out the receptionist was not at the desk for nearly an hour. Nearly missed my flight trying to locate the receptionist. There was no one else to assist. I went to the breakfast room, the kitchen and everywhere but could not get any help. Otherwise this was the only negative

Great hotel with private parking in the front and back. Very nice and spacious room. Very good breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff at reception. Very nice to have access to the steam sauna and the infrared sauna. Supermarket is 1 minute walking from the hotel. This is a rare find in today's world. Amazing experience.

There could have been a small fridge in the room, but we managed as it was winter.

The service was in generel very good. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The food was phenomenal. Both breakfast and dinner. We also had drinks a few times. Everything from the kitchen/ bar was amazing. It was very easy to park at the hotel too. The room was big with aircon, big bed and big screen TV. But we had no Wi-Fi in our room at all.

If you don't have a car, it is far from everything, and the area is not very interesting for a walk. No small towels in bathroom - not even one to wipe the floor. We only had two bath towels. No Wi-Fi in our room - they called the tech-guy, but nothing happened.

The hotel was very nice and cosy, very friendly and helpful staff. The room was comfortable and big enough for two people, equipped with air-conditioning and a kettle.Tasty breakfast with a good selection of foods. I regret only that because of short of time I couldn't use the Spa facilities.

Everything was OK.

The rooms were clean, spacious, modern, quiet and comfortable. To our pleasant surprise, as hotel guests, we had an access to the gym and saunas at the spa of the hotel. We were provided with extra towels and slippers to use the saunas. Convenient parking spaces right next to the hotel. Lovely breakfast catering to all the dietary needs. I really enjoyed the stay!

Location is not the best, quite far away from the city center. No English speaking staff at the hotel's restaurant made it a bit difficult to order.

Very good breakfast included in the price, nice bed, big parking lot, sauna, pretty new furniture. Overall great hotel for this price.

Navigation in the hotel is quite tough. You can get lost in the corridors. My room was missing a towel for some reason. The card key was not working, so I need to get back. But personnel worked these issues very well.

Wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable and cozy. The hotel offers plenty of activities, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is both delicious and varied. We will definitely choose this hotel again – highly recommended!
