Location, location, location! It is a quiet, unassuming place in a great location - walking distance to the main attractions of the city. Very convenient and comfortable. A big plus is (paid) parking, which in a large city is a must. A nice restaurant with good menu, a pleasant bar area.

The staff was great except the somewhat clueless cleaning staff, who never removed and replaced used coffee/tea cups in the room and forgot to leave toilet paper in the bathroom. Breakfast offered lots of items, but some of them didn't look fresh. Lublin is a city famous for its baked goods, but a selection of bread, rolls, and pastries was skimp and unimpressive.

Very good location in the city center. Quiet and intimate despite a few steps from the main city attractions. Very pleasant and smooth check-in. Room equipment appropriate to the standard of a three-star hotel. Clean. Comfortable bed. The inability to open the window did not bother at all, because the room had very efficient air conditioning. Breakfast in the form of a buffet. Very good cottage cheese spreads and some local products.

There was no fridge in the room. The right shower door could not open all the way due to a collision with the corner of the wall, which made it a bit difficult to get into the shower. The pillows could be feathered. They would be much more comfortable and less bouncy.

My room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and very chilled. And the buffet-style breakfast was delicious. The location is in the city center, but the room is tranquil. You don't need to worry about the noise from the outside disturbing your sleep...even if it's on a Saturday after Motor Lublin wins their football match and the fans are no doubt going to let the city know about it.

Everything was ok. I have nothing negative to say about the hotel.

Comfort and cleanliness. Bedroom was big and bed super comfortable, bathroom was large and modern . Very clean throughout. Great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. (Just one not as fluent in English, sorry we cannot speak Polish ) Restaurant was great too . Really good food, wine and service. Breakfast was ok

everything was so good 😊 We just struggled a bit with the coffee machine (and could have had a few more capsules and milk) but we asked and it was ok .

First of all I would like to thank the lady at the reception, she was very sweet and cheerful, totally made our mood during the checking. Hotel is nice, the room is a bit small but very comfortable and clean. We were surprised with the view from the window 😂 It is only a couple of minutes away from the old town so we had a chance to see the night city. Breakfast was very good, planty of food, fruits, nuts. We will definitely be back

Amazing location and superb breakfast with traditional Christmas dishes. The staff was very friendly and even let us know we shouldn't have to hurry with the check out. The room itself was big enough, warm and cozy. The bathroom was great and clean. The bed was okay

In the room itself it could become quite warm quickly, we even needed to use airconditioning to make it a bit more comfortable. Furthermore the fridge was pretty much useless since it takes ages to cool down and when you take the card to go out, the power is switched off. Luckily a second card helped greatly, but still the drinks were not that cold.

Beautiful rooms, coffee and tea available in the room, delicious breakfast buffet, reliable fast WiFi, sweet staff... Great location! What's not to love?

It was literally a near perfect stay! If I had to say anything, it would be the tiniest bits of wear and tear in the room, but nothing that prevented full use and enjoyment during my stay

The rooms are large, there are possibility to prepare tee and coffee, the bed is comfortable, there is a mini fridge. The location is excellent - close to the city centre, at a quite street.

There is a wall in front of the windows. It turned out that normal rooms have such "views". Only deluxe rooms are with a normal view.

The staff was very nice, the room was clean and featured AC, and the water dispensers on every floor were a nice touch to get cold water whenever desired.

Breakfast was rather limited and plain. The toilet is rather low, which is inconvenient for taller and bigger people. The duvet was very warm, and note that we only had 1 duvet, which was fine for us as a couple but won't be ideal for others.

breakfast was superb, room was silent, reception is helpful. there are car park places on the street.

Carpet stinks. When I entered room I thought air ventilation does not work, but then I understood it was carpet. My Room windows could not open and air ventilation did not help. They should change carpets or remove them altogether
