I travelled to Poland with my daughter to attend my niece's graduation. I must say this has to be the best hotel from the list of the hotels I have stayed in. Everything was perfect from booking, the view of the hotel from outside, check in and reception staff were excellent 👌. Our room was beautiful with a lovely balcony. Very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the breakfast, lots of variety and nicely presented with friendly staff aound. Our room was properly serviced when we went out. Our return flight was at 6:00 am and the kind staff prepared lovely take away breakfast for us. We would give this hotel a 20 rating if it was there and it surely should be a 5* hotel. Thank you guys we had a brilliant time and we are definitely coming back again👏

Only the towels are too old

A bit outside the city, but the surroundings are beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. Since there was a wedding taking place, they gave us a discount due to possible noise. They even heated up the sauna for us. We relaxed at the bar and had an amazing sleep in the huge beds—everything was clean, neat, and nicely kept. Breakfast was incredible, with a wide selection and amazing desserts. Highly recommended!

Very beautiful, stylish, high-quality built hotel. Extremely cozy beds, big room. Everything is new and very clean. Superb breakfast: not only reach and tasty, but also the serving is very attractive and stylish. The hotel is situated on the entrance to the city, just on the main road - very convenient for those who travel by car

Superb customer service, beautiful interior, fantastic food in the restaurant and spoiling spa time! I love everything about the hotel. This hotel is my top choice in Lublin when it comes to value for money. Spacious rooms, a selection of pillows, exceptional cleanliness, a pleasant scent in the hallways, beautiful interior and exterior design, breakfast with a huge variety of options, and a special thank you for the morning ginger shots – the service is outstanding. The location is perfect—just outside the city, providing a peaceful atmosphere while still being very close to the historical center. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. And all of this at a very attractive price!

Beautiful hotel with clean, big, modern and very well furnished rooms. Super Breakfast with a very large choice of salted and sweet, hot and cold food. Everything is really perfect. The night of our stay there was a Wedding Party and the Staff made everything possible to give us a quiet room and so it was. Parking is free.

Gorgeous design, spacious and elegant. Great customer service and support. Brilliant staff, very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location, enough far from the city, with a direct bus connection to the city centre in only half of hour. Bus stop 3min from the hotel with bus no20 running every 40min and costing little money. (4zl=0.80£) 30min to the airport by cab, easy to book by booking.com, cab waiting outside the hotel entrance. In 30min you can get to amazing Aqua Park, highly recommend, best 3 hours with a kid for a great price.

I liked everything. If I was to suggest any improvements, I would maybe add hair conditioner in the bathroom and some coffee and herbal teas in the room. Other than that everything was lovely. Would gladly go back.
