Superb customer service, beautiful interior, fantastic food in the restaurant and spoiling spa time! I love everything about the hotel. The location is perfect—just outside the city, providing a peaceful atmosphere while still being very close to the historical center. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to start the day right. And all of this at a very attractive price!

This hotel is my top choice in Lublin when it comes to value for money. Spacious rooms, a selection of pillows, exceptional cleanliness, a pleasant scent in the hallways, beautiful interior and exterior design, breakfast with a huge variety of options, and a special thank you for the morning ginger shots – the service is outstanding. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous design, spacious and elegant. Great customer service and support. Brilliant staff, very friendly and helpful. Fantastic location, enough far from the city, with a direct bus connection to the city centre in only half of hour. Bus stop 3min from the hotel with bus no20 running every 40min and costing little money. (4zl=0.80£) 30min to the airport by cab, easy to book by booking.com, cab waiting outside the hotel entrance. In 30min you can get to amazing Aqua Park, highly recommend, best 3 hours with a kid for a great price.

Everything. Great hotel, very polite and helpful staff, especially in the restaurant, very clean, great breakfast, lovely balcony, quiet.

I liked everything. If I was to suggest any improvements, I would maybe add hair conditioner in the bathroom and some coffee and herbal teas in the room. Other than that everything was lovely. Would gladly go back.

I have stayed here several times (overnights in Luxor and Atelia which is in the connected building) and will use this place again when I travel in this direction. Сonvenient location - quiet place with fresh air, at the same time not far from the highways. Large room, good bed, spacious shower room. Luxurious breakfast.

Once again we were enjoing this great hotel. as every time the stuff were so pleasent and helpful. Restaurant as always on the highiest syandards. Steak and Tatar is mind blowing!!! Regards to chef and bartender Patryk, fantastic skills and impressive coctails. Looking farward to enjoy my staying in Luxor again.

Everything, the room is very comfortable and welcomes you. The staff is very kind and polity. Breakfast is amazing, in a 5 star hotel you do not find all of this, simple amazing. At breakfast you can take coffee and a sandwich for the road.

It’s quite a grand place with excellent furnishings. Our luxury room was huge and a delightful place to stay. Staff were most helpful and the breakfast and restaurant were both very good. We were pleased by that since the only downside is the location, well away from the city. It is very near the motorway and there is a frequent bus into town - we used that since it was easier than driving and finding somewhere to park.

Beautiful interior, spacious, gorgeous corridors. Restaurant is one of my favourite things, ravishing food and amazing customer service, both at the reception and the restaurant. Mind blowing spa/sauna room. Gym with all necessary equipment. Best hotel in Lublin!!
