The hotel is very nice, we had a great, big family room. The breakfast was delicious. Everything is like just after the renovation - fresh, comfortable and good quality.

We had an evacution during our stay and it was not managed by anyone at all. We were awaiting outside the building, there was no coordination of the evacution, no one informed us if we can come back or not (it was very cold, we were with two small children), we just saw that the lady at the reception came back, but she did not informed us that we can come back too. So when we were already freezing outside and the firemen left already, we just came back to the building like nothing happened. Lack of any information was dissappointing.

Good size of the room - not too small, as sometimes you may get. The room has modern design, very good lighting in the shower room (what is the rare case for the hotels). Everything looks new and a parking yard near the hotel adds additional convenience. Breakfast was also fine - with quite a good variety of options to choose from.

From parking yard you need to use stairs to get to the hotel and there is no elevator which makes it inconvenient if you have to bring in your luggage.

The maid didn’t remove dirty plates from the restaurant while cleaning the room and didn’t clean teaspoons and cups. The breakfast on the second day of our stay didn’t look fresh. In particular vegetables and beans.

I've been served the worst pizza ever, shame such a great hotel can serve such a horrible pizza. Had I know this before I would order online somwhere else with delivery to the hotel

Modern interior, comfortable beds , good food in the restaurant ( polish cuisine but everyone can find something for various tastes ) , beautiful breakfast and late check out for free

Paying almost 10 Euros for parking in a suburban location. Apart from the good coffee breakfast is basic.

Very comfortable bed, hotel is new and clean, restaurant on site is very convenient given that there is not much around the hotel
