The hotel really walks the extra mile. Instead of throwing away the excess breakfast buffet, they put it at the lobby for guests to take anytime they want. We arrived around 8pm and were greeted with sandwiches. They give you two access cards to the rooms without asking, four complementary water bottles in the room, 2 plain and 2 sparkling. It's small details like these that cost cents where high level hotels suddently fight over with customers. But these give you more than expected from the getgo. And the rooms are very spacious, with lots of space to accommodate stuff. A pearl among hotels. Congrats!

Nice they tried to equip a fitness room. But I hope they can make some investment into it to make it more appropriate for.a 4star. Also my friends had some not so clean bedsheets. Check that more carefully please.

Front desk staff were very helpful when checking in. Direct elevator from underground parking to room was helpful specially when packing up lots of baby items. I sent the hotel a message to see if they have a crib available, but I didn't get an answer back or just didn't see one. But when we entered the room there was a crib set up near the bed. Our room was right next to the mainstreet, so I was concerned the traffic would wake up our baby, but the windows and room were soundproof and we didn't hear a thing all night.I've been to many different countries in Europe and this room was definitely the biggest I've stayed in. Room was very clean and the bathroom was big with a full size walk in shower. Some hotels give you 2 bottles of water, our room had 5. We paid for the breakfast with our room and definitely wasn't disappointed with the selection of items available. We will definitely stay at this hotel everytime we're in Lublin, and would highly recommend it to others who are looking for a great hotel for the price and location.

I wish the pillows were a little harder and not so soft. But, it seems like all countries in Europe have the same.

The breakfast was excellent, exceeding all expectations; in fact, it was like a full lunch. The hotel is located a few hundred metres from all the important and interesting places: the old town, Lublin Castle, Vivo! shopping centre and much more. The hotel has underground parking, which is especially convenient in summer (car doesn't overheat and is kept in a safe place).

It's a long way from the airport, but it's very close to the bus station to Ukraine, basically a 10 minute walk. There is a VIVO shopping center not far from the hotel, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The staff was friendly and allowed me to delay check out until 3pm

The entrance requires going up multiple sections of steps, and if you have luggage, you need to walk back up a ramp, which by design is not very friendly to travelers with a lot of luggage

The location is right next to the city center, there is a shopping center with dining options, several shops nearby. Really great hotel.

Despite the fact the hotel obtained ranking 9.1 and have a 4* sign, I thing breakfast could be more colorful. The near surrounding (green trees and lawn property) of the hotel is apparently owned by someone else. Anyway, it would like revitalization of green space and better use.

Excellent location, attentive and friendly staff make sure your stay is great. The rooms are comfortable and adequately furnished. The breakfast spread is nice for non-vegetarians, with a selection of sausages and hams. There is a sauna that can be used upon booking. Three big shopping malls are within 30 min walk, with one being only 5 min away.

The gym has no equipment for resistance training.

One little thing that would be great to have: USB charging ports.

Hotel was very good, only complain that my mother 80 years old, who doesn’t speak the language, also she was very tired after long journey and after recent stroke - wasn’t given prepaid room straight away, never the less all booking papers were provided. It is created a lot of stress for her because of language barrier and at her age.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is in an excellent location, the center is a few hundred meters away. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Perfect value for money.

Behind the hotel there are apartment buildings and garages, which are a bit neglected.

The room was excellent but there are are no safety box ( The staff )are so friendly and they always want to make things easier for you and the room service are the fastest and most of the staff can speak English very well and they speak more than one language and they are so kind and yes 100% I’m coming back and i will choose this hotel for sure
