Good presentation. Excellent for wheelchair users and folk with prams - perhaps the best that I have seen in a 3 star hotel. Everywhere was clean and or cleaned quickly. Everyone spoke good English and mostly good Russian. They were considerate of our struggles with an energetic 4 year old child! Fresh fruit available at breakfast. Vegetarian (Green) menu available at other times - the ingredients are sometimes vegan but cross-contamination seems inevitable. Very quiet neighbourhood. Beautiful wildlife visits the hotel - I saw a fox and many birds! Buses stop nearby. The railway station is a 10 minute walk and the airport is about 40 minutes away via a single bus. Taxis come quickly when ordered by Bolt and are inexpensive. Shopping centre close by and a small supermarket is next door. Comfortable rooms. Plenty of hot water. Good amount of power sockets. Excellent wi-fi. Openable windows with no smokers nearby.

There were no brochures about Lublin at reception that I could see, though the staff were happy to help with enquiries - this is a problem with the whole city, there is not much tourist information. One of the rooms did not have a shower door or shower curtain. This meant that the bathroom was flooded every time that we used the shower! The air conditioning in rooms is insufficient now that Poland gets very hot in the summer - it is noisy and is not powerful enough. I would advise caution if the temperatures rise to 30c as it was when we visited - sleeping was very difficult in the heat!

Clean & new hotel, half way between the train station ( Lublin Glowny) and the old city. The breakfast was good overall, with a good selection of sweet & savory

A few minor things: 1) The shower is open on one side and creates a puddle on the floor after using it. 2) there was only 1 hanger for shirts/ pants. Maybe a couple more? 3) our room was in a detached area in the third floor that was reachable through a terrace. We had to walk through this terrace to go to our room and there was music all the day long. One can hear it from the rooms closer to the terrace. Fortunately, we were far back and this doesn’t bother us at all but I guess that it could be issue in rooms closer to the terrace. 4) they should cover the food and drinks in the breakfast room.

I was attending a conference and so booked and stayed in the same room for a week but aside from changing the towels and emptying of dustbin, I thought it would have been good that the hotel cleaned up the room and toilet on the 3rd or 4th day.

This hotel is marvellous and I'm not sure why it isn't classed as 4-star! It's very clean, comfortable. My room was lovely and spacious. The hotel staff cleaned it every day and left me two bottles of water for free. The breakfast was one of the best buffet breakfasts I've ever had in a hotel. There was lots of variety and I loved the mozarella and tomato every day. The restaurant served deliciious food, the bar was great, the sky bar looked lovely, and there was even a free sauna for guests to use. The spa services are also great, and Ozi who runs the spa is very friendly. I had a sports massage and a facial and they were both great. All in all, I loved this hotel!

My shower kept leaking water. You should probably get someone to fix it. I was in room 224.

I liked that the hotel considered my special request for a high floor. Multi-course breakfast. It was really delicious and I could rotate the meals between my stay. So quiet and slept very well.

The food was placed in the public area so you could pick what you wanted but if you don't read the local language you need to guess (or ask or take your chances) what it is exactly you indend to pick or if it's vegan. It's a hotel with foreign guests so I don't understand why there is no English tagging on food next to the Polish.

Despite there are cafe/bar and restaurant in a hotel, better to go there only for hotel breakfast. We were planning to take a dinner in a hotel, but staff was rude and obviously non pleased having guests. So it ended up we had a dinner in another place

Nice little room but basic in term of fornitures. Very nice staff. Good breakfast selection. Close to the city centre. Modern design.

No wardrobe. No hangers. Extra soft pillows. Curtains did not cover the whole window. The room was not clean on the Saturday morning

Everything. The Arche hotel chain is a great option and this hotel was great.

The hotel is a bit out of the way if you walk from the train station and a good walk downtown.

All doors bang: not only the doors to enter the rooms, but also the bathroom doors make noise as they slam automatically to close. Moreover, there is a smoking area outside the entrance. As my room was above this area and a wedding party with loud guests was going on in the hotel, the noise was disturbing.

Very friendly & professional staff, quite conveniently located, actually enjoyed the breakfast offer. Good value for money.

Probably the room might use some small renovation.
