Spacious room with a big bed and comfy pillows. Parking is safe underground for 40 PLN. Breakfast was very good with a big choice on offer (salty & sweet too) and a lot of fruits. Staff is very helpful with good English spoken.

I am not objective in my review, because I chose the hotel to stay close to my mom's family home. Nevertheless, the location is very convenient for sightseeing because of great public transport connection with the city centre and the old town. If you are looking for true local climate you will find in at the local market nearby. The hotel is new and very pleasant. We had a deluxe room and it was very spacious with a comfortable bathroom (walk in shower). We did not have the opportunity to eat at the restaurant, but we had an evening drink there and it was good. The hotel has some spa services but these are yet to be checked. Staff was very nice and helpful.

To me the hotel ticked all boxes, but I am not objective.

We arrived earlier than checkin and there was no problem to get the room for us. Amazing breakfast with lots of different options as well as the restaurant in the hotel with good food. Very nice and helpful staff.

Bad soundproof of windows ( fireworks whole new year night didnt give chance for child to sleep) and walls. Dirty glasswall of shower, constant smell of cleaning detergent for carpet in the room (even after ventilation). Completely worn out towels Definitely overpriced for this quality

Great hotel at a good rate, fantastic room with everything you need. Staff were incredibly helpful. Food both breakfast provided was phenomenal and the restaurant bar is a great place to unwind and eat.

The breakfast was better than expected for a vegetarian. There were many cheeses and nice breads available. The bed was very comfortable. The staff members were nice. We changed rooms, because the rooms with a river view do not have air conditioning. Make sure you check that your specific room has air conditioning if that is important for you. The staff were very nice about this request and were able to change our room.

There was no elevator in our section of the hotel with the newly renovated rooms.

staff was absolutely perfect, always happy to help. room was small but enough for solo traveller or even couple. bed was super comfy and bathroom clean and modern.

the only issue I had was with the door to the room. you have to really pull it when leaving the room. otherwise it makes a really annoying sound. I guess my neighbours didn't know this either as they left the room for breakfast without locking the door properly.

A comfortable room, but the size is slightly small. A significant advantage is the availability of underground parking and charging for electric vehicles

The staff in this hotel are exceptional. We had an arrival group of 17 and we all managed to sit together in the bar and we had a great night. The Bar staff where fantastic, recpetion helpful and friendly. Staff in this hotel and level of service is among the best we have experienced anywhere.
