Location was excellent, but parking was initially very confusing because you had to drive all the way around town to get to it as no cars were allowed on the hotel street. The directions for usage off the parking was unclear and in two cases we had to pay double to exit because we were unaware that payment is timed. Once we figured it out it was ok, but we got no help or description of the procedures. Room was fine and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was also good but it's the same every day and we were there an entire week. Service was very good in restaurant and front desk.

Air conditioning was weak but worked.

Quite a beautiful old building, tastefully decorated. Good sized room with sufficient space to store stuff. It was very quiet. A short walk to the old town (but some way from the station). Decent breakfast included. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Room wasn't made up during my stay.

The location is perfect for everything that Lublin has to offer, with all the tourist attractions, bars and restaurants within ten minutes' walk. Despite the very central location, noise was never a problem, and the breakfast was delightful.

The staff were very friendly and the location ideal for the city and our reason for the visit. The restaurant area was clean and OK but the chairs were all very low and not easy for me as I have problems with my knees. The same was true of the bed height. The breakfast staff were friendly and the breakfast excellent. The room was kept very clean and the laundry services really useful. For a hotel in the city centre it was really quiet from noise from the outside but ......

The hotel had very noisy guests. On our first night we had to ask reception to request the adjacent room (occupied by a party of women) quieten down around 23:30 and the following night a group of men in the adjacent room were noisy until the early hours of the morning around 2am. On several mornings the groups of male visitors cleared the buffet quicker than the staff could replenish it. I would describe the hotel as a "commercial" hotel and that was a shame as it is in such a perfect location.

A little bit noisy,you could hear other guests taking showers but I guess staying in a historic building,there is not much you can do.

Great location in the Old Town, my room was big and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful!! Staff really nice and friendly. It’s a lovely little hotel in a gorgeous city.

pillows not to my liking, huge but no real substance, no tea/coffee in the room, no fridge, no kettle, no room service, little things add up.

- very clean hotel - very good breakfast with variety of dishes to choose from - very good location - nice and helpful staff

- everything was fine, the only problem is that you cannot reach the hotel by car and you need to carry your luggage a bit, but the distance is not big

Excellent central location, large room, nice shower, comfy beds.

Curtains weren’t the best at keeping light out of the room so maybe bring an eye mask.
