I was really only there briefly, but the hotel is nice and I will be back. The historic building is nice, the personnel friendly and helpful, location good. Rooms are ok, nothing fancy. I appreciate the help I received from the hotel in booking an early morning taxi to Warsaw airport. Restaurant is very good both food and service.

It is a little hard to get into the building with luggage since there is no ramp and a flight of stairs. And there is no one there to help.

Quiet and comfortable room. Nice staff. The breakfast buffet was absolutely wonderful. Add the breakfast to your room for a minimal charge. It really was EXCELLENT!

I liked the hotel very much. Great location. 15 to 20 min walk to the old town of Lublin. Absolutely gorgeous city. People are so friendly in Lublin. Maybe my favorite of so many lovely cities in Poland.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Large comfortable rooms.

A few minor issues with cleaning: dirty curtains and carpet. It has very basic continental breakfast but nice and tasty dinners.

At first I would like to say this hotel it really very good with everything. The room is very big and so clean and everything inside the room it was very good . As for breakfast it was really very very good and the staff is really very good .and is very near to city center and everything it was perfect .so soon I will be in this hotel again

Very friendly and helpful staff. They spoke very good English which was very helpful too. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was excellent each morning.

Breakfast options were great. Lots of choices. The hotel was within walking distance to Old Town and shopping center. Bus stop was conveniently located in front of the hotel. There was also parking in front of the hotel.

The breakfast was exceptional. Overall, it was a very good experience. Bear in mind, this is an eastern-european 4-star hotel. It would be more accurate to rate it as a 3-star hotel, but for the price, I definitely had nothing to complain about.

A very comfortable hotel. Nice and warm room with a very comfortable bed . The staff were approachable and helpful considering i do not speak Polish

The stay at the hotel was wonderful, very cozy, calm, the staff was excellent, they helped in all cases. For breakfast, there is a large selection of dishes, you can choose everything you like. Dinner according to the menu was also delicious. Convenient location to everything you need (city center, shops, shopping center, bus station, public transport stops nearby in any direction) Thank you for a comfortable stay and wonderful staff.

Very friendly staff, big and clean room and bathroom, perfect breakfasts, very good location - around 8-10 min to old town and bad station .
