I come to this hotel every year, sometimes a couple of times a year, since 2019. It's showing some signs of wear and tear, - the towels that have been washed with strong detergent thinned, some cabinet doors are hanging crooked, etc. Small things, and not many of them, but they show a little. What doesn't change is the staff that's always friendly and nice, the lake that's so calming, the pool and spa that are functioning with no hitch, and the excellent restaurant that only improves and upgrades its menu. I came for my birthday, with my husband and son, as a treat for myself. It was probably my sixth time. I will return.

Could not book spa services on the premises - but it's my fault, I knew that it should have been done in advance.

Location on the lake was great. Checking in and out very efficient, pool nice and room with lake view and tiny balcony restful

Food offerings for vegetarian very limited. As not many people were staying, saunas not always switched on in opening times. No explanations concerning green colour of lake and water quality for swimming, or other tourist information

We had such a great time staying here with the kids(6 month and 3 years old)! They loved the playroom and the playground, and the breakfast was super tasty. The lake with the sandy beach was perfect for relaxing, and walking down the path(~10 min) to feed the ducks (only 2 zloty for food!) was a highlight.

Dogs are allowed and on the terrace. Very beautiful rooms with views, in a lovely town with beautiful surroundings. Great place to relax and rewind.

Only a couple of little things: There wasn’t a lot of variety and options for the breakfast buffet. Only shower soap, no separate shampoo and dust on the bathroom radiator.

I've been returning to this hotel again and again, I think this was the sixth time. It's just great. I like how friendly the staff is, the place is beautiful. This time, we were lucky to get a room with a balcony, and there aren't many of those. It had a view of the parking lot and just a tiny glimpse of the lake, but even the parking lot is nice there, with all the flower beds. I love how wide the spa offering is, I love the hotel menu, I love the lake, and how easy it is to rent a boat or a water bicycle. I love the Pycha Ryba cafe on the opposite side, with its awesome selection of fresh fried fish. (Pro tip: if you're two females, you can safely split one plate.) In short, this is just a perfect place for a relaxed weekend. I will come back.

The only tiny complaint: I wish the pool could open at 8:00. Then it would be possible to have a dip before breakfast. As it is, the pool opens at 09:00 and the breakfast ends at 10:00. Also, checkout time is a bit too early at 11:00.

Was amazing stay. All the staff was welcoming and helpful. The location was beautiful and peaceful. Room spacious warm and with beautiful view, breakfast was lots of choices variety of food. Beautiful surrounding. Food in restaurant was absolutely delicious, the staff was very friendly and everyone was speaking in English very well. Would really choose again and definitely recommend

Really attentive staff, that spoke English and German. The hotel was very clean and the spa facilities were fantastic. The whole family loved using rhe swimming pool and the dining options were excellent. I will definitely look to book here again and will gladly recommend to friends.

Nothing, for what you pay, there isn't much to be upset about.

The hotel is right on the lake , in a beautiful countryside. Rooms are spacious, also the bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Good heated sauna and indoor pool. The outdoor fitness part was very useful.

The Wellness part doesn't have many option , also no pedicure and manicure. I hade a body peeling, it was okay .

Great place and beautiful hotel for a quiet holiday. the room was clean and tidy. The hotel is right on the lake, beautiful views nice beach and day bar, everything clean and tidy. Good food and breakfast, especially scrambled eggs- thumbs up for the chef. Hotel was very quiet during the day and specially in the night, you can really relax there.

the bed in the room was uncomfortable, the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. We asked for a double bed, but we received a 2 single beds on which a special mat was placed joining the beds together, the mat kept sliding down, which made sleeping uncomfortable. No beach towels.
