We absolutely loved the place! The room was very spacious and clean, with incredibly comfortable beds. We really appreciated having two bathrooms! Breakfast was delicious with so many options. We also enjoyed the wellness center! And the staff were so great!

Two-floored apartments are not necessarily to everybody's liking and can be challenging for older guests. The hotel's topography is also rather challenging, making it very complicated and easy to get lost.

Very friendly and helpful staff, overall a nice location of it wasn’t for noisy road works, small but nice and clean swimming pool, good breakfast.

we couldn’t sleep well due to huge cars and machines passing just outside our windows all night long and in the morning despite this being a night from Saturday to Sunday. there is a huge infrastructure project going on nearby and unfortunately all the trucks and other big cars are passing just outside the hotel. I wasn’t aware of any possibility of noise until I booked the hotel (it was not refundable) and only then I got the message warning about some noisy works. I found this was not really honest. and given that the hotel name is linked to a quiet , remote place and as it’s marketing itself as a spa, i think it’s really an issue. I feel for the hotel as they can’t do anything about the works, but I think clients deserve to know up front.

The room was very spacious and very comfortable. We picked the twin split level room, which is a great option for a family. The extra bedroom and the living area, makes it look and feel more like an apartment, with plenty of space and abundance of storage. The pool was clean, the staff were lovely and the food was excellent. If you're "foodie" and crave for something special and unusual, the chef will not disappoint you. Your pallet will experience some truly unique flavour combinations and leave you wanting more. Every dish I tried was executed to perfection. The Japanese inspired tuna stake tartare is one that stood out for me, but I must come back to try a few other items from the menu as their chef is clearly a talented artist. I can't recommend it enough. Thank you

The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Cozy wellness. Nice spacious clean rooms. Delicious breakfast and á la carte menu. I could even watch Netflix in my room. Reasonable prices. Exellent value for money. I definitely recommend.

I would suggest to have more information available in English, especially the menu. Nevertheless, all the meals we had were very tasty, and the staff were very helpuf and resourceful.
