I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. The communication with the staff was clear and efficient from the start, making the booking and check-in process smooth and stress-free. The unexpected upgrade to a stunning, spacious apartment was a delightful surprise and really elevated our stay. The apartment was beautifully furnished, impeccably clean, and provided all the comforts we needed. Additionally, the breakfast offered each morning was of exceptional quality, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. As an added bonus, my wife and I were treated to complimentary spa treatments, which were incredibly relaxing and further enhanced our stay.

Honestly, there was nothing that I didn’t like about our stay. Everything exceeded our expectations, and I can’t think of anything that could have been improved.

Very service minded staff who went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Highly professional approach in contacting in advance to ask x simple questions on a late arrival on my part. Highly recommend the place.

It’s been a long time since I wrote a review. But this experience I had @ this hotel is worth it. Everything is so smooth from Parking, check in, check out. Every one is smiling all the time. The bed , pillows, Air conditioning is above expectations. The quality of the food in the breakfast fast is worth mentioning. value for money ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff’s exceptional attentiveness to every detail. They made sure my dog was well taken care of, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The spa facilities were fantastic, and I appreciated the convenient charging station for my electric car – a great touch for eco-conscious travelers.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like; everything met or exceeded my expectations.

Splendid place on the outskirts of Zywiec. The staff is very kind, attentive and helpful. The restaurant is top notch, bith the a la carte dinner and included breakfast. The hotel spa is amazing with the very big finish sauna heated till 100C.

Would be nice to have a tv to which one could cast from the phone.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is lovely, clean, and well-equipped, located in a peaceful area. The pool was amazing, a perfect place to relax. However, what stood out the most was the exceptional attitude of the staff. Their friendliness and attentiveness truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel!

Staff - exceptionally nice and welcoming, experience feels very premium Very good restaurant (though pricing reflects that) Lots of thoughtful things that ensure experience is great It's not a cheap place but makes you feel that money is absolutely worth it, and there are places twice as expensive that don't reach this level of service and comfort

If I'd have to choose something then I guess hot tub not being priced in is a bit weird but it didn't really impact my experience

What can be improved are the existing information at the hotel to be also in English. And fixed earlier breakfast time.

Everything but most of all the service. This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed so far.

Well the ski slope could work next time.
