Nice, well located place. Strong AC and good shower. It looks like a place where people stop for one night on their way to vacation destination. Lots of young families with kids at breakfast. Parking garage under hotel.

We had no idea that there is a bowling alley right in the middle of the building. Our room was right under the bowling alley. We had a little bit of stress not knowing what time the noise would stop and if we will have enough hours of sleep. It wasn't bad after all. The room was a bit tired, very stained carpet on the floor. Long walks through multiple floors with the luggage to the front desk for check in, check out and when our key card stoped working.

The location is great, just a short walk into the city center. The parking was awesome in a private large underground garage. Our dinner in the restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was amazing, one of the best breakfast buffet spreads we have ever encountered. The staff was welcoming.

Unfortunately, we were assigned room number 7, which is one of seven rooms located in the basement. We are able to easily take the elevator from the garage to the reception desk, but from there we had to walk through a maze of hallways and then drag our bags down two flights of stairs to get to the subterranean section of our hotel where the room was located. The room itself was very nice, clean, and comfortable, but the Wi-Fi signal was very weak and connection speed in the room was very slow. Had we been assigned a room on one of the main two floors of the hotel I think our stay would’ve been a perfect 10.

It’s my favorite place to stay in Opole. The hotel is situated in the center of the city, close to the University and a big shopping center. The rooms are modern, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly. There’s a restaurant in the hotel with tasty cuisine, portions are big. In the evening you can play bowling (part of the hotel). It’s my forth time in this hotel, so I can fully recommend it.

The hotel was very clean and the room was well-equipped. The breakfast was excellent. It was a short walk to the centre. Check-in was 4pm but I was able to check-in at 3:30pm.

The noise from the bowling alley during the day would have been a problem if I'd stayed in the room. As it was I was out all day and it stopped at a reasonable time.

Car park under the hotel was really handy. The heating in the room was efficient and easy to control. Excellent breakfast, lots of choice with hot and cold options.

The bed was two singles pushed together and the bed was made in an unusual way to what were used to. However still comfortable enough for a good nights sleep.

Beautiful decoration, very stylish. Very clean bathroom. Ironing board with iron available in the room. Tea, coffee and water provided. Food at the restaurant including wide selection for breakfast very delicious. Staff super friendly and helpful. Underground free parking. Excellent location.

Quite noisy until 10:30 pm due to bowling however during the night it was very quiet and peaceful.

Lovely hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The sofa bed was plenty big enough for two teens to sleep on. Good choice of food at breakfast. Located a 5-10 minute walk from the centre of Opole, near to a shopping centre with a good selection of shops.

Could hear noise from the bowling alley from the room, but this didn't go on past 11pm so it didn't disturb sleep too much.

Central location, parking available, breakfast.

Bed was too hard, elevator door didn't open fully. Presence of the bowling alley in the same building - you could still hear the rumble in the room.

The room was beautiful! We booked TheLuxe Room and it was well worth the extra money compared to the standard room, where we stayed last time. Perfect location! Although very close to city center, it is a quiet area. Breakfast is nice with lots of options. The free parking garage is very convenient when you come by car.
