Kitchenette (except for the below issues), breakfast (eggs, pancakes, cheese, sausage, yo-ghurt, bread, juice, coffee...), water bottles in the room, parking places. Receptionist nice and willing. Convenient location to Energylandia. Clean room. Water in the shower warm enough. Washing machine in the bathroom.

Kitchenette rather poorly equipped. No bread knife or other sharp knife, two pots, one lid, one pan (plates and cutlery okay). The electric stove was not working, the socket was loose, and the receptionist needed to readjust it so there was a contact in the wires, which did not seem very safe. Not to mention reliable. Breakfast room is not very big, might be a problem if everyone would like to eat at the same time. The mattress in the “loft part” was one with springs, but okay. It can get warm up in the “loft part”, when the window is open, it is then colder in the main room and nice on the loft.

The Villa Centro is situated near to the city centre in a quiet location. Free parking was available and although there was no restaurant for an evening meal, that was not a problem as you were only about 5 minutes walk form the central town square where there were plenty of bars and restaurants. Breakfast was provided and was good and filling which kept us going for most of the day. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable, all in all an enjoyable stay and when we next return we will try and stay here again

A simple and convenient hotel in the town center, from which you can quickly walk to and explore the old town. Convenient and quick check-in and check-out process. Helpful staff. A good choice for staying with children, as two beds are located at the top of the stairs in the room, that children enjoy. Half an hour's drive to Energylandia, so this hotel is very suitable for its price and location.

Everything was perfect! Friendly staff, clean room, nice aesthetic, well maintained building and newly renovated facilities. I would only change the quality of the bed, the mattress was hard and flat for my taste, but other than that I totally recommend it! Also the breakfast was very pleasing, including a lot of choices and it's a big plus to have your coffee by the beautiful garden near the breakfast area.

We were in a smaller room without air conditioning so it was very stuffy, but we were given a fan & could open the window so it wasn’t a big problem. The drain in the shower was a little slow to drain.

Very good location, town square and riverside promenade were within 2-5 min walking distance. Lot of restaurants in these areas. Clean room. Very small and every square meter was counted, but was equipped quite thoughtfully. Refrigerator and air conditioner were included to the room. Not much street noise was in the room, although windows faced the street. Parking in front of the house for our minivan, free of charge. Approx 30 min walk to Auswitch Museum and 30 min drive to Energylandia.

In the room refridgerator lights were not possible to switch off, so I had to switch off the whole refridgerator.

Stopped here on our cycling trip to Krakow. Lovely accommodation. Staff are so friendly and happy to help. A generous hot and cold breakfast buffet was a real bonus. We were able to secure our bikes overnight in the breakfast room. Location is great, close to the river and cycling/walking tracks.

The location is great. Close to the square. Receptionists were very polite and helpful.

All and all the hotel was clean, but the huge brown stain on the carpet in the middle of the room, makes you wonder: what has happened there ??? Also dead flies on the floor in the hall. Not sure why would they will not be removed. Lack of a lift, was a bittersweet of a problem.

Really nice family room that we shared with friends. Room was very fresh and it had AC which was great, as it was +30 outside Brakfast was served outside in lovely terrace. There was self check in option

Located between quite many apartment buildings.

The room had a fridge, sink, and washer! The breakfast was amazing, out on a patio. There was a nice playground for the kids and a nice area outside to sit. Everyone was very sweet and helpful, especially Anya, who went above and beyond to help us!
