I loved it, it exceeded my expectation.its a wonderful beautiful place.i dont know where to begin, is it the breakfast buffet with everything and anything or is it the toilets that are always ever so clean even if they are shared they are always smelling wonderful and the cleaner is always there, is it the staff that are soo nice , everything was beautiful ,the pools ,the jacuzzi , the aura , the nature.Honestly i loved it.First night ate at the nearest kebab place kebab u pajdy, yep, the staff there ohhh my goodness ,may the Lord bless them , they were just over the top nice and i could see how exhausted they were but they treated me as if i was their first customer, 2nd night dinner was at BroHouse, Ohh ,my , perfect.I dont know if its small city energy or what but all i can say is i came across the best service ive ever had in Poland.Im so glad i went there.Never forgetting it.

The only thing that i didnt like was the noise during the night, some men were singing really loud but honestly that could never make me not want to go back there again.Honestly i loved it.Although i also didnt like the food we had the last night at Restaurant Bonanza, breakfast, amazing, their dinner however, the Pizza just wasnt pizzaring, or the pork.

Great resort to stay if you plan on going to Energylandia. You can entertain yourself before/after the amusement park as the property offers facilities for various activities. Nicely set out with the western theme. Supermarket and a brewery right outside the property. Pool side bar would give out towels which was very convenient.

Pool and jacuzzi area can be packed with kids. Would be great if the 'relaxing' jacuzzi area could be better supervised so it will actually be a relaxing area. Breakfast has time slots but gets super packed with a long line to get food and drinks. We had a family with small kids staying above our unit and they were so noisy! We could hear them walking/running and every word of the parents screaming at kids to keep them under control. This might put you off if you are a family with older kids.

Very good for the price we paid. Includes parking, shuttle to the theme park, breakfast, WiFi. Fridge in the room.

The beds weren't very comfortable. The curtains didn't block much light from outside, and there were lights on all night. It was quite busy at breakfast time unless you get there really early. Also the hot food was only fresh if you got there early. If you get a room with another room above, any movement above is very noisy.

Everything met expectations, breakfast was good with lots of variety, close to theme park, very good price on theme park tickets and fast tracks were amazing. Wagon was a little smaller than expected but not too bad for 2 people however would of been cramped with 4

Resort was a little too isolated with no town to walk to but that’s only because that’s what we are used to when travelling abroad it’s just a downside for us not a complaint may I add

I have been in many places for entertainment. This was outstanding. Thinking of the price you must keep in mind that the place has its own frequent transport back and forth to Energylandia, huge buffet for breakfast, amazing entertainment inside the resort, beach ball, volleyball, glass pool, outdoor cinema, life music, fast pass on the rides included plus extra 5% discount for tickets. Cleaning team are at all time visible and they are on top of every pebble. I stayed in a vagon so very basic but very comfortable with aircon/heating available. All other tourists are coming to resort restaurants Bonanza as it’s one of the nicest place. It’s romantic in a way and kids are playing at the playground close by so you can see them but not hear them :)

Just felt bit odd with the lock of the vagon. But I guess there is no better way if you want to keep it this real for kids.

Very friendly staff, very close to Energylandia. Fresh fruits for breakfast. Great restaurant with very good meals, even vegetarian.

Heating didn't work well during our stay, it was quite cold in the hut. We stayed during low season with several school classes. It was noisy and seemed like a YMCA not like a resort. The mattresses of the beds are not the best, you can feel the metal springs.

Different accommodations, all the different chill spaces and activities. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful.

Upstairs neighbours were very loud banging and jumping, thought the roof was going to give in at one point We wasn’t made aware we had to ask for rooms to be cleaned or towels replaced until the 3rd day when we asked for clean towels

loved the resort! so handy for Energylandia and so much better than just an apartment in Zator! the lake is lovely to walk around at dusk. Staff are amazing. We were able to leave our bags and head straight to the park when we arrived for our first half day. Bought tickets from the desk, got our free fast passes and off we went! The train only runs morning and end of the parks days out of main season but we just walked which only took about 10-15 mins down the road. When we arrived back to check in the cabin was amazing but then however a massive convoy of children arrived and were staying all around and above us. As a couple this wasn’t ideal but we were moved without issue to another cabin. This unfortunately had some issues itself but the lady on reception -Dorotka I believe was her name- sorted this again for us straight away and we ended up back in an amazing top floor cabin with a complimentary treat for the inconvenience of having to move a couple of times! Which I thought was a lovely touch. Everything you needed, comfy bed, balcony to sit out on, plenty of towels and tea and coffee and bottles of water in the room! wardrobe plenty of space and a decent sized table too! as well as a large TV! The restaurant on site was also lovely and another receptionist - Justyna - helped us with taxi booking no problem! Can’t fault it! will be back.

That our stay wasn’t longer! Also some more vegan options at breakfast would have been amazing as I was stuck with fruit. Breakfast great for most.

Great location, close to the Energylandia Park. Even you can go there by foot, but the Western Camp Resort operates their own small train to the Park and back. There is a shop near the resort so you can buy anything you want for a longer trip, too. The facilities are great. One of the best is the pool, sauna and jacuzzi area which is open up to 11 pm. It's great!

Location is good, if you're going to visit Energylandia (there's free shuttle bus). Parking is free. Inside there is a lot of points of interests, including small swimming pools and evening cinemas (but in polish). Breakfast was good. Room is nicely equipped (we had house on water). Staff helped me a lot with solving the problem with my car.

Everything was great.
