Great hotel, huge room with a balcony and nice view at the mountains, fantastic breakfast with great variety. I liked all the options that are there for having fun and most favorite for me was obviously the pool with the small sauna. It is in a quiet and green area which was also appreciated. Also the later check out was fine - one did not have to rash out of the hotel in the mid of the morning.

It would be great if the pool was open longer at the weekend. Also I wanted to warm up my bones in the small sauna before we left on Sunday and it was not ready when the pool opened.

I really liked the Hotel, the structure and the service.

I would just like to add, as I was with my family, my two young children, I thought the toy room should have more equipment, more games, more toys for the children. My children said they had almost nothing and left the room within minutes. Due to the rainy weather, we were unable to use the outdoor playground. Another think that the water in the pool was cold and practically everyone wanted to get into the jacuzzi, the problem is that there was only one and it was difficult to wait with the children for someone to free up a seat. If the pool water was warmer, we wouldn't have any problems.

All staff were very friendly and professional. Especially ladies @ reception.l (incl. Night shift). Swimming pool, jacuzzi and the kids zone as well as the outdoors were great and our kids loved it. Breakfast was great too, hence compliments to the restaurant and kitchen staff. One improvement however is necessary and this is placing of kettles with coffee and tea bags sets inside the rooms (3* section) which would have made those liking having coffee in their beds very happy. Overall, a really good experience and we look forward to returning.

Would have been great if water temperature in the pool as well as jacuzzi could go some 2 Celsius up. Equally, wet sauna could be hotter and door seal as well as the hinges need looking at.

It was a lovely spacious hotel, a lovely clean room, clean comfortable beds, lovely size private clean bathroom with shower, lovely balcony looking over the scenery, good sized pool free to use for hotel guests, and breakfast included (Continental) and also a Restaurant available to all guests with cheap prices on food and drink. Beautiful location and lovely, friendly staff. Reception is happy to book you a taxi if needed to where you wish to go and are as helpful as they can be with the language barrier. Extra pillows are available upon request at reception.

The communication was very strained as the staff didn't understand us too well and couldn't speak very good English. NB - when you get your key card, look on the back of it as it will give you information on breakfast and restaurant opening times and check-in/check-out times. There was no tea/coffee or kettle facilities in the room, only water. Make sure you bring snacks and drinks for your room as the hotel is in the middle of the countryside and not that close to any shops (only by car or taxi). There was no hairdryer in the room, so remember to bring your own and also a European plug.

Although the hotel is on a hill in the middle of nowhere it provides wide range of activities, indoor and outdoor. The swimming pool with jetstream is great, jacuzzi and steam sauna are nice add-ons. The gym is a bit outdated but enough for an easy exercise. The restaurant offers really great meals, we had soups, pasta, burgers, desserts, all delicious. Breakfast very tasty and sufficient. We stayed in a suite, adequately equipped, not too modern but fine to stay with a family. Staff speaks moderate English and all are very polite and willing to help. Prices are adequate. Energylandia just 15 minute drive. Surely coming back soon.

A nice and quiet hotel close to Energylandia Park, offering a very good alternative to the expensive places nearby. It's about a 15-minute drive by car and also close to the Oświęcim Memorial and Museum. The hotel is situated on top of a hill, offering lovely views. The breakfast was reasonable, and there were no problems with parking during our stay.

This hotel was a really nice surprise during our trip. Our room was spacious, with a balcony. We especially enjoyed the swimming pool with a steam bath. It was fun to play bowling (there is a bit minimised version in the hotel) and pool. Food in the restaurant was really good and for a really fair prices. Breakfast - outstanding.

Decor of the hotel is a bit outdated. The mattresses in the beds are worn out and not comfortable.

Coffee at breakfast - they have a coffee machine which looks like your cup will be freshly grind beans. Unfortunately it wasn’t grind and it tasted awful. Couldn’t drink it. Had one of the herbal teas instead.

Communication in the Main Reception could do with a bit of improvement.I don’t think they do the best handover of the shift.Took three receptionist to get the fan in the room.It took literally 5 minutes for the last Receptionist to organise it, so it’s not so complicated.She was very much on it.

Room was spacious and comfortable, the location was lovely and quiet and the restaurant did very good food but a limited choice. Also very good parking for cars and motorcycles.

Lack of choice on the menu, but that's not the end of the world !!!
