Cold warer in jacuzzi, steam sauna malfunctioning

Very tidy, clean well kept hotel. Super comfortable beds. Private parking. Really great breakfast.

We encountered a very rood behaviour towards us from the restaurant staff. Don’t want to go to into details much. But they were racist and obviously really annoyed by foreigners. In the bar was everything fine, really friendly and nice staff. As well a note the swimming pool is not private for hotel guests is open to public so it gets extremely crowded on the hot days.

Fantastic facilities! Lots to do for a family with three generations represented. The pools, the salt cave, the bowling, the kayaks and paddle boats, just awesome. Also, incredibly professional and lovely service from all staff, including breakfast and restaurant teams.

Although the rooms had beautiful bathrooms, the shower heads could have done with being able to be put up with water running down onto the person showering, instead of always having to be held - peculiar for such a high standard of a hotel, we found.

The hotel was in a lovely location overlooking a lake. It was ideal for our visit to Auschwitz, as close by. The room we had was spacious with an additional seating area and a balcony with a great view over the lake. Very clean. Amazing breakfast with something for everyone, and all fresh with beautiful presentation. We also went to the " beach" cafe and then the main restaurant in the evening - again both good food. Staff were helpful and friendly. Although we didn't go swimming, people looked like they were having alot of fun in the outside pool area.

Best location between hotel and Energylandia / solt mine.

Need to improve cleaning service due to a piece of broken glasses found from room carpet. Was too much scared for my kid. Fortunately I found it before something happen an accident for my kid, and when I claimed to hotel then they gave me another room as temporary.

Very nice breakfasts and swimming pool area. I like aslo the surroundings: the pond and pool, even there was winter and it was impossible to swim in outside pool.

The fitness area did not have weights, just machines for areo training, and there was not possible to have a coffee in a lounge, when the bar downstairs was closed - even a vendting machine.

The hotel has a huge range of attractions. A fantastic choice for families. The restaurant was great and the breakfast was delicious a good variety of Polish special.

Although I mentioned in advance that it was my daughter bday, the staff hasn't done anything. That was a bit of a disappointment for us apart from that I can not complain about anything

No photos of the gym on booking.com site so we assumed it will be small and indeed, fitness room basically only with running belt, so we did not use it. But instead had a nice morning run around the lake which was beautiful :)

It was clean, cozy and had everything you need for a perfect weekend gateway. Bike rental, pools, restaurants and other attractions.

- Steam bath was out of order - A couple of hydromassagea in the swimming pool were out of order
