Cold warer in jacuzzi, steam sauna malfunctioning

The hotel was in a lovely location overlooking a lake. It was ideal for our visit to Auschwitz, as close by. The room we had was spacious with an additional seating area and a balcony with a great view over the lake. Very clean. Amazing breakfast with something for everyone, and all fresh with beautiful presentation. We also went to the " beach" cafe and then the main restaurant in the evening - again both good food. Staff were helpful and friendly. Although we didn't go swimming, people looked like they were having alot of fun in the outside pool area.

Best location between hotel and Energylandia / solt mine.

Need to improve cleaning service due to a piece of broken glasses found from room carpet. Was too much scared for my kid. Fortunately I found it before something happen an accident for my kid, and when I claimed to hotel then they gave me another room as temporary.

Very nice breakfasts and swimming pool area. I like aslo the surroundings: the pond and pool, even there was winter and it was impossible to swim in outside pool.

The fitness area did not have weights, just machines for areo training, and there was not possible to have a coffee in a lounge, when the bar downstairs was closed - even a vendting machine.

The hotel has a huge range of attractions. A fantastic choice for families. The restaurant was great and the breakfast was delicious a good variety of Polish special.

Although I mentioned in advance that it was my daughter bday, the staff hasn't done anything. That was a bit of a disappointment for us apart from that I can not complain about anything

Super nice hotel! Huge rooms, friendly staff, comfortable beds, big pool area with water features and jacuzzi, delicious breakfast buffet.

No photos of the gym on booking.com site so we assumed it will be small and indeed, fitness room basically only with running belt, so we did not use it. But instead had a nice morning run around the lake which was beautiful :)

- Beatiful location with plenty of activity options even in the winter: walk around the lake, games in the club, swimming pool, sauna and wellness. - Very helpful, welcoming and warm staff - Facilities for disabled people

- Steam bath was out of order - A couple of hydromassagea in the swimming pool were out of order

It was a very tasty and diverse breakfast. The restaurant is in a nice location with a lake and water bicycles. It's a tasty restaurant with friendly personnel, tasty food, and not very high prices. Also, there was live music on Sunday.

Everything was great! Nothing to complain.

Outdoor area was not open - was too bad! It looked amazing Staff were friendly-ish Don’t ask too many questions 😅
