Great centrally located hotel, rooms are what you’d expect for a traditional hotel, hotel staff were very great to deal with, and the included breakfast was great!

The only disappointment we had was we arrived at 7pm for dinner, only to be told no meals until 9pm, This was likely due to the large school group they had attending, this prompted us to pop down stairs to a beautiful restaurant located on the river view side of the hotel. This isn’t exactly a negative thing against the hotel, as they had their hands full with what appeared to be a school group of around 150.

The hotel staff were the standout. They were super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is also around the corner from the main town square. The rooms are comfortable and the AC worked - we arrived during a heatwave and was definitely needed. We visited because we had a tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau the following day and it is ideal if you booked a tour first thing in the morning. The bar and food is also amazing!

You might want to get a taxi from the station as it's a 20 minute walk or longer. This can be a bit challenging during a heatwave and after a 6-hour flight. Auschwitz Camp 1 is also a 20 minute walk along the river. It just depends on what suits you.

Very nice hotel, 1 minute from the old town, beautiful view of the river. Rooms are not big, but very practical, windows are soundproofed, shower is powerful and equipped with very nice cosmetics. Breakfast was amazing, including hot dishes. All staff very helpful and kind and there is also a garage (for an extra fee), if you need.

Beds could be wider and there is only one huge duvet. They brought us another huge one, so the bed was a little bit crammed, but better than just one, which I personally don´t like. So if you are like me, better let them know beforehand.

The property was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Breakfast included was a great thing also!

There was no train or taxis close by to get to Auschwitz-Birkenau. We had to wait 45mins and a taxi still didn’t arrive one of the works had to drive us or we never would have made it there for our ticket time. This was not a good thing. I think the hotel should have a shuttle service to Auschwitz and the train station since there is not enough taxis to support the town. Even if you needed to charge each person a fee for the ride I’m sure people would happily pay it knowing they would get there easily with no problems.

Second time I’ve stayed here and wasn’t disappointed, reception staff very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is exceptional. Location is a three walk to the old city square, a four minute walk to the old Jewish school. To attend Mass was a 5 minute walk. The taxi ride to Auschwitz Camp was about 6 minutes by taxi. Several nice restaurants within walking distance if you choose not to stay at hotel.

Can’t think of anything that I’d change which is why I chose to stay here again.

The hotel is new, very clean, calm inside. Staff super nice. Breakfast excellent 🫶 Just FYI, if you want to park your car, go to the adress Bulwary 2. Get the ticket, keep it with you. Drive up to the big black door and wait, it'll open automatically. Be careful when you open the trunk of the car, the ceiling is a bit low.

It's not the Hotels fault per se. But if you have a room facing the main road, it gets loud from the cars. I was surprised how busy it was in this small town on the road in the night.

It was in a convenient location to visit the Auschwitz-Birkenau concentration camps, which was the sole purpose for our historical trip. The Hotel was modern, clean and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was my Son’s birthday during his stay and the staff had very kindly prepared a nice birthday message and a celebration cake for him when he returned to his room that day. He was so pleased at the discovery. :)

There wasn’t anything to dislike about the property in general, although some rooms on one side of the building had a busy road outside, which could be noisy with the window open yet as most days were taken up by exploring the area, this wasn’t a big problem at all.

Great location, close to local tourist interests and a beautiful market square nearby. Hotel had parking and the restaurant was good, great food and open later. Access to fresh water - still or sparkling.

Difficult to find parking in a one way system. Waffle making at the breakfast bar led to a young child burning her fingers, it ought to be supervised by an adult or parent use only. No coffee only tea available in the room.

The hotel is clean, well located, the rooms are spacious, although if there are 2 twin beds, the size of the room decreases a lot, but in the end we did not come to stay in the room. There is parking on site in the underground garage. The breakfast was tasty, varied and the waiters always attentive to any need.

I don't necessarily consider it a minus, but the lack of a minibar in the room I can say messed up our plans a bit, especially since the hotel bar is open until 11 p.m.

Lovely clean rooms. Good breakfast buffet. Friendly Staff. My room was comfortable with a space to work and relax as well as sleep.

No cold drinks on offer at breakfast, some fruit juices and water would be nice. Taxi drop off is not available at the main entrance, and there are 3 car parks which makes it a little confusing when getting picked up, maybe have a designated area for drop off and collection to avoid missing time slots.
