We really like this hotel, which has a restaurant that serves delicious meals. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are nice. It's also a great base for exploring the area and going on mountain trips.

On the first day, the jacuzzi water was cold, and on the second day, there wasn’t enough water, which splashed everywhere. Since the hotel was hosting an unsupervised group of youths, the kids splashed most of the water out of the jacuzzi onto the floor. It's a shame we couldn’t peacefully enjoy this part of the hotel.

We had an amazing experience at Lyson Hotel. I’ve know the place for a long time and have always enjoyed the restaurant, but this time we got to experience from the guest’s perspective and also as someone who decided to host a party there (70th birthday); everything was perfect from the hotel room and its amenities, incredibly kind staff, delicious food and really well organized event. We will be coming back while visiting Wadowice! Thank You Hotel Lyson for having us!

Clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent food in restaurant. Good choices at breakfast. Easy check-in.

Most of the staff sadly lacked a friendly manner. They were efficient and competent but didn't make us feel very welcome. This was not the case for all of the staff. Two staff stood out as having excellent customer service unfortunately we didn't get their names. One was on reception in the evening, blonde hair and a helpful friendly manner. She went out of her way to locate a box of tissues for me. The other very good member of staff was the man in the restaurant who wore glasses and black gloves. Both were a credit to the hotel. The location would be ideal if you had use of a car. If relying on public transport /taxis it was a bit of a struggle since it's not near any shops or restaurants to walk to.

It’s not a first staying at this hotel. Calm and quiet place for families, with a good breakfast and SPA. Good selection for touristing in this region as all locations are reachable within 20-30 min. As an addition, just a few meters away there are two thematic parks for kids.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was like new, very clean and comfortable. The parking was free. Breakfast were quite basic, but for us it was enough. We had dinner in restaurant and we were surprised - the dishes were tasty, nice decorated and good value for money. Thank you, we will return!

The hotel is conveniently located just a 20 min drive away from Energylandia and next to other attractions for children. The hotel rooms are quite spacious and clean and have air conditioning. The sauna in the hotel is a great plus!

The hotel was quite nice and the restaurant Champs was delicious.

It was quite hot in the room and the air conditioner didn’t work. They organize weddings at the hotel so opening the window was quite noisy due to the party.
